Mostly okay service and food. This place used to always give me less than ordered number of sauces, on my app orders. I don't see how much they can save from this practice. But in recent weeks, they actually were providing the correct number of sauces. I am pleasantly surprised.

The service is extremely slow every time! Long lines inside and outside. I spoke to management several times and no ones gives a crap. They have a bunch of staff behind the counter all looking lost while people wait. There needs to be someone onsite with some sense of management and organization.

Workers are unconscious and asleep and never get orders correct

Good and fast customer service! There's definitely a change happening in there! Whoever is in charge right now really is doing a great job. I stopped going there because of service but the new team is awesome! I will definitely come back!

I just left there cause they gave me a cherry 🍒 cream cheese pie when I asked for a apple pie and when I made them aware the lady at the windows apologized and gave me THIS ONE!!! ALREADY BUTTEN INTO AND ACRUALLY REACHED UP WHERE THE PIES ARE TO GET IT. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED BUT I NEEDED TO GET HOME. I'm so upset and disappointed. Gave me another wrong pie and someone had bitten off of it
Dont go to this one!!! They don't respect it's consumers. They don't care. Find another.... im done with the brand all together. Won't treat me like trash again. The nerve.

Loved the food! The chicken was crispy and flavorful, the sides were fresh, and the ambiance was clean and welcoming. Fast service and great value—definitely coming back
