Decided to try this place after advertisement about an updated menu. Red Lobster is the McDonald's of seafood. I wasn't impressed with the new menu. The best part was the new drinks they had for the holidays. The staff was friendly at the time of my visit. For $150 total I could have had better quality food.

Years have passed since I added a negative review and I am pleased to say everything was exceptional! I was greeted with acknowledgement and a smile. We didn't even have to wait! The service was amazing and attentive. Joyce, the manager, needed to know how impressed I was with everything. I won't hesitate to patronize Red Lobster, Owings Mills.

I was there with my coworkers and it was quite fun. We all ordered the lobster dinner and it was very rich and delicious. Our service guy was great though I've forgotten his name. We enjoyed ourselves and I will definitely go back there soon.

Fast seating during a holiday gathering. Kind, family oriented greetings. Sherri Riah provided fast, friendly customer service. I wish I could steal her. Great Job.

We gathered for a birthday celebration. Things were chaotic. After nearly 2 hours, some in our party had not been served. My food arrived 20 minutes after the other 2 in my party and was too salty and sweet. I've been there before so I don't think it's always that way. Maybe it was an off night.
