I went with my family and was told it would be a 35 minute wait....not a problem, we can wait for a table as it was Saturday night.....however.....20 minutes into our wait the hostess comes over to tell us that there is now a MANDATORY 22% gratuity on all bills. I don't mind tipping at my discretion, but will not be forced to, especially at such a high rate....we won't be going back.

It is lobster fest! We had surf and turf with a sirloin steak and lobster tail, twin lobster tails with a loaded lobster baked potato, and a lobster flatbread. All of it was very delicious. I will definitely go back.

Ordered through Uber eats. Two lobster tails and shrimp and lobster linguini. Lobster were over cooked, the pasta had no taste. It came with two sides, broccoli was a child's severing, didn't ask for sour cream but got it.

Who ever is the closing staff or manger is very rude yesterday myself I went in for food a mother a hard working mother at that 33 4 children a manger at a Pizza Hut training to be rgm of the store sat down it’s just me I will to 7 days a week never no free time for myself come to your store I Oder your new special with the snow crab and then get an additional side Order of snow crab with 5 drinks at that my waitresses was awesome her name is Sydney she was really a nice person as well as a younger looking girl with a ponytail I do believe they where both nice and was very generous when it came to asking was ok and did I need anything Sydney told me she was ready to leave and i told her i wanted to tip her because she was really good and she let me know that she was ready to clock out i asked her if I could order tow more drinks and cash out because i wanted to tip her she said yes i went to the bathroom a couple was seated I then I came back i could hear from the conversation from the couple and the waitress that they frequent this restaurant often i was enjoying just being free working 7 days as an manger 7 days a week and finally getting off before 4 and being Able to treat me and have my bills and children great to be asked 10 seconds from the bathroom can i got you anything we are closed and your still here let me mind you i still have the two last drinks i order well one and an half just before Sydney clocked out at 9:45 pm i do believe and it was now 10:16 let me mind you it’s still a couple in there that’s sitting across from me and nothing is said to them besides is everything good how you like your food but they close at 10pm and my bill is fully paid for all I have to do is drink my one and an half drink and go home my table is clean i just have my two glass’s and I’m asked what can i help you with we are closed and i still had to wait on my Uber and record that it didn’t come till 11:39 pm march 22/2024 i have forage of it all and I really order from here all the time being as seafood is my favorite never again im work in costume service i will never support this red lobster again

I was in Maryland visiting family, and we decided to go to Red Lobster Sunday evening for dinner. I have never been a fan of Red Lobster, but I agreed to go because my cousin wanted to. The experience started off poorly and only went downhill from there. The wait was the only positive part of the experience. Given the number of empty tables in the restaurant, it took longer than expected. After we were seated, I lost track of how long it took for a serving to serve us, and the garlic bread rolls they brought as we were waiting for the meal tasted uncooked in the middle. I ordered the three shrimp meals and broccoli- all three entries were cold and overcooked, and the broccoli was frozen and overcooked, almost puree. My cousin ordered steak and coconut shrimp, and the steak was horrible and flavorful, and the ship was even worse. I asked my cousin if he would like to offer comments, and he said, I will never go back. I echo those sentiments. I have never been a fan of Red Lobster, and my experience here confirmed why
