As I often do, I purchased cheap chicken Monday for 6.99. I've been purchasing this deal since it was 4.99. You get 8 pieces of chicken. However today I only received 6 pieces. It wouldn't be a big deal if I don't have extra dinner guest tonight. I have tried calling the store and was on hold for 14 plus minutes and still never talked to no one. The phone just rang and rang. i will be going to the store in the morning.

Stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon to get some essentials I needed for the week. It's a average grocery store. Most of the time it's pretty well stocked. Could use a little more attention as far as keeping the store clean and organized. There is a Starbucks located inside of this location. I recommend checking all of the expiration dates on your groceries before you check out. When I looked through the yogurt before I put them in my cart I noticed some where set to expire within a few days. Prices are in the higher end. Normally I would bring my coupons but since this was a spur of the moment trip for only a few items I didn't feel the need. I noticed some decent sales. Not my main go to grocery store but it's good to stop in here once and a while.

I had a great experience with Ruth in the floral department. She was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me with my order. I went to Catonsville store they total ignored me an we're very dismissive. Not Ruth from Owings Mills. She took my calls and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. Great job Ruth!

If I could give less then 1 star I most certainly would. At this Safeway they have an issue with customers being able to checkout quickly and efficiently. Today is Saturday just before noon. Why were 4 self checkouts open and 3 required assistance with no one in sight to help. There was only 1 checkout with a cashier. An additional lane did eventually open up which I quickly transitioned to. I Am not sure if they're having problems hiring people, people are calling out or what's going on. What i do know is it's very frustrating for the customer. Safeway you have got to do better!SN: The staff they do have are generally friendly and have good customer service.

I don't know if it's because it's 830am Saturday morning or if it's the twilight zone....but our cashier was evidently a deaf mute or had a serious attitude problem!!! I will never understand why people with mental emotional problems or attitude problems are put in positions to work with people. She didn't say hello in response to me or not one other word. did say the total didn't even look at me....I thought she was a clone or robot for a second!! But even siri speaks on my iphone!!!

Why is this place so expensive? The only times I ever go here are when I am in an extreme rush and need to grab 1 or 2 items. Everytime I leave I regret I did t just take the time to run to Wegmans across the street.

This is a pretty decent safeway, I don't visit as often as Giant is a bit closer to my home but I do enjoy their fresh seafood counter and they have a few grocery items that I can't find at other grocery stores in the area. I also love that I can grab starbucks here as well. Parking is never and issue and I have yet to have a problem with service. They are following COVID safety guidelines with masks required and social distancing encouraged. Price wise they are competitive with stores in the area. Will certainly continue to visit to grab some good seafood or grab a latte.
