Stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon to get some essentials I needed for the week. It's a average grocery store. Most of the time it's pretty well stocked. Could use a little more attention as far as keeping the store clean and organized. There is a Starbucks located inside of this location. I had a great experience with Ruth in the floral department. She was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me with my order. I went to Catonsville store they total ignored me an we're very dismissive. Not Ruth from Owings Mills. She took my calls and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. Great job Ruth!
This is a pretty decent safeway, I don't visit as often as Giant is a bit closer to my home but I do enjoy their fresh seafood counter and they have a few grocery items that I can't find at other grocery stores in the area. I also love that I can grab starbucks here as well. Parking is never and issue and I have yet to have a problem with service.
