I’m a regular customer, and after moving to this area I truly miss the Starbucks location near my previous residence. As a teacher, my daily Starbucks coffee is something I look forward to, but this location has been consistently disappointing.

The baristas do not seem knowledgeable and often buckle under pressure, resulting in drinks that are frequently made incorrectly. The food I’ve purchased has also been either undercooked or overcooked. Considering the cost of the drinks and food, they should be prepared correctly and with care every time.I feel forced to go to Dunkin .

Unfortunately, this location does not meet the standard I expect.

I'm standing here waiting for a iced sugar cookie latte for 15 mins after ordering that and gift cards. Watched 4 people doing everything but making drinks out of 6. There was no line inside only at the drive thru. The the guy that took my order had to remind them three times to make my drink and I don't believe it was made right Anyway

Came out of Costco and thought it would be nice to get a coffee drink. Ordered a venti caramel macchiato with an extra shot. Received a venti caramel macchiato with 5 pumps vanilla and oatmilk. Waited for roughly 10-15 minutes in the drive thru line. Was already on 795 headed south before realizing I was given the wrong drink and couldn't head back. Also means the person who ordered the drink I received may have received the wrong drink, if they didnt catch the mistake, and got milk instead of oatmilk, which they may have been allergic to. I will not be going back to this Starbucks. Paid extra for the extra shot and got the wrong drink.

I went into this Starbucks to get my free christmas reusable cup and what a time I had. The gentleman Faaiz was at the register and was awesome. 1st his welcoming smile was a good start to the day and his awesome customer service went hand in hand. I deffiently recommend this location.

Ok shame on all Starbucks, these bearcups idea was a fiasco, it was supposed to be released today 11/6 I called my local Starbucks yesterday to make sure they would be selling them and someone say “yes” so there I was before opening at 5 and when I got in the First Lady said she don’t know if they have or not and probably would have only two then she comes back and says they don’t have any. We all know the employees buy it all to resell much expensive later shame on it. I don’t know why invest in so much merchandise and only give a few per store and have your employees buying it all so no costume can get one

Very bad customer service. The little boy with locs at the drive through was not at all friendly. Didn’t say anything to me. Completely ignored me and just handed me the card reader and my order ( took a long time to make it, I was watching him make it but he was just taking his sweet time). Just not at all good experience. Hire adults with better customer service and that really need a job not ppl who don’t want to be there. It was evident he didn’t enjoy it ( at least fake it).

My first time at this location. There were six people working and I still had to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to even come to the register to take my order. When I received my order it was not correct. I got a venti and it's very unpleasant to pay $6+ for something I did not order. Sadly I was in a rush and did not have time for their nonsense so I just dealt with the incorrect coffee. There appeared to be a drive-thru and I suggest you use the drive-thru if you go to this location as the drive-thru customers seemed to be all that mattered to them.

As someone who comes almost every morning to this location, most of the regular staff is helpful and friendly. Whoever has been hired recently should be retrained. Today my order was messed up and while I offered to come into the store from the drive through to not hold up the line while it’s being remade, I was told to stay at the window. Well the reason I didn’t need to wait long is because the drink was just dumped into another cup and handed to me. While my order has been wrong in the past, it was remade properly. I have no problem waiting or coming into the store to have it corrected but that was a huge slap in the face today. Please bring back managers like Regina or Sophie that cared about the service.
