Ask for Decaf cafe latte and received caffeine coffee and fell Sick immediately- the girl with the ponytail Did NOT no what she was doing- someone else even poured out my granddaughters drink she attempted to make and re made- wasting ones time and $. I know it wasn't Decaf because I got Sick and felt jittery

I've been going to this Starbucks for a while now. The staff has always been pleasantly helpful and polite. They made me fall in love with going to that particular store. But they recently got a new manager, Paula. She made three drinks for me. All three drinks were horrible. And then she pretty much argued with me when I asked could someone else make my drink. Absolutely the worst customer service.

Multiple times I have come to this location within the hour of them closing and they have denied me service. The store closes at 6pm. I arrived at 5:35pm and she said they don’t have coffee because they already shut everything down. I’m sorry, Starbucks doesn’t have coffee? So I ordered a lemonade drink. Pull out my cash. She says she can’t take anymore cash because she has already counted the drawer. PURE LAZINESS.Why are you open until 6pm then? Close at 5 if you will not provide service. Take care of your customers. Then take care of your business, clean and count your drawer. These young kids just want to hurry and walk out the door at 6pm. They don’t care about the customer.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks daily since it opened a few years ago. Up until a few days I received stellar service. The very few times my coffee wasn’t quite right it was corrected with no problem. I have the app and order the exact same thing every day (it’s the only kind of coffee I drink). I’ve ordered this same thing in airports, several cities, and even several countries, it always tastes pretty much the same. The staff has always been helpful and courteous which I why this has upset me to the point I’m giving only the 2nd negative review I’ve given in my entire life. Paula (the new manager) did not make my coffee correctly, remade it twice, it was still incorrect. She told me “I made it twice, would you like something else”. My response “no I would like the same coffee I drink every day since 2018”. Aaron offered to make my coffee correctly and reluctantly she let him and it was perfect. She preceded to tell me how to order my coffee the correct way in a very condescending manner. I have been hitting the app on repeat for close to 5 years all over the world. I’ve always worked customer service for over 30 years and this was plain bad customer service. In fairness I will do a separate 5 star review for Aaron’s top tier service and handling of the situation.

Just left Starbucks at Metro Centre. Rebecca took our order and she was Awesome! Great Customer Service. Great food too. Made us feel welcomed. We are definitely going to make this location our Go To Starbucks.

This starbuckal needs to put more no parking signs and enforce it. Every time I come through this roundabout, people are literally stopped in the actual lane(right lane) today I witnessed 1 car and a police car, both illegally stopped there waiting on their Starbucks I assume. This needs to stop. Next time, I will just lay on my horn and sit there until they move. Learn to drive...YOU JUST CANNOT STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD TO GO INSIDE A BUILDING, PARK YOUR CAR LEGALLY FIRST. NOT THAT HARD

This is the best Starbucks location in Owings Mills, in my opinion! I visit this location most weekdays in the morning around 6:30 AM and the staff at that time are so friendly and welcoming. This is the only location in the area that ALWAYS toasts my croissant to perfection and makes my drink perfectly! For a tired teacher in the mornings, it's always very much appreciated and starts my day off right :) The atmosphere is quiet and the place is always clean and tidy. Keep up the great work!!!

THIS IS THE BEST STARBUCKS EVER!!! The employees are so kind and helpful - the drinks ARE ALWAYS (every single time I go - and I go FREQUENTLY) MADE PERFECTLY!! It’s not too loud so you could totally go in a study, and I have not met anyone who hasn’t greeted me kindly and made sure I had the best experience possible!!

What is there purpose they close at 6 when they are in a hotel???? Then when they do make a drink they screw its up. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Not only are they unable to get the pickup orders out in a timely fashion (10+ minutes past pickup time), I watched one of their employees eating while standing over the order she was making. She stood over the food eating something with her bare hands, and then proceeded to pick up the food order.They also bagged multiple different mobile orders together, so strangers had to touch other people's orders. (poorly wrapped, so not safely covered).Disgusting and embarrassing - where's the manager?
