I was in the line 30 minutes before closing tonight and the server came and cut the line and said he was not serving anyone behind the person he cut off because he had to get off on time. Never in my life have I witnessed such rudeness at a Starbucks location. He literally declined 10 -15 people from getting served and I’m sure causing you all to miss out on money that could be made. So classless! I took my business up the street to the boba tea spot! Such a shame!

The staff at this starbucks is always friendly and keep the location very clean! It's also nice they work on community initiatives. The only thing that I wish this location would fix is my ability to tip through the starbucks app, since they deserve it!

What a pleasant, not busy Starbucks in a Marriott hotel. At 6am the baristas were welcoming, accommodating and quick. Yeah! What else could you ask for? Just coffee and cream.

Amazing Starbucks! I travel for work all over the country and this location beats all and it’s truly your staff. Staff makes all the difference for a customer experience and these lovely people are doing it right! I have stayed at this Marriott several times over the last few months and this Starbucks takes the cake for the best!

I come in regularly - I am always greeted warmly and provided excellent customer service. Staff are friendly and attentive, always willing to get to know customers while still mentioning new items. There are multiple Starbucks in the general are but I've made a point of choosing this one.
