The service here is great and friendly, never an issue with the food, and the atmosphere of the place is nice. The staff is helpful and patient which is very much appreciated. It’s always a good experience going here!

Ali is an absolute ray of sunshine. I walked into subway after one of the hardest days of the school year, and all i really wanted was a nice turkey and cheese. He proceeded to take my order, asking me how my day was, and cracking light hearted jokes. By the time i got to the register, my day had gotten so much better. I even offered to pick up my baby daddys kids, and pick up a 7am-11 shift at work (thats how good it got). The bread was nice and fresh, lettuce crunchy, and turkey AMAZING (He even put the right amount of mayo). Usually when i see the money drain from my account, i feel sorrow and loss. But this time, seeing -7.99 from subway in owings mills get taken from my account, made me smile.

Ali, the personification of pure customer service. He gracefully brushed his way through the counter to bring me my footlong cookie. He’s quick witted, clever, and overall attracts genuine joy to me when serving my food. He not only serves food but a bright smile to my face as he hands my food with teeth as bright as the sun. His well dressed manor welcomes me warmly. His slicked back hair only displays further collection to his character. 10/10 service. 10/10 food. Thank you subway. Thank you Ali.

Ali is so funny! He's so friendly and patient with all customers. I love coming here for delicious food. Great customer service, fresh produce, and amazing subs. This subway has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The playlist here is so diverse, it even puts me on to many new songs. My friends and I come here all the time to hangout and grab a quick bite to eat. I ❤️ SUBWAY!
