THB Bagelry & Deli of Owings Mills

Bright and colorful venue with pretty good food, albeit overpriced in my opinion. $26 for 2 bagel sandwiches, an order of home fries and a fountain drink is a lot but at least the food quality was high, even if the home fries were cold. We actually ordered at the counter and a staff member assisted us. She was very friendly and helpful, and when the order came up, the gentlemen who was handling the orders was extremely pleasant.

I don't know what's happening with THB Owings Mills but they got my order all wrong. They literary mismatched all the sandwiches( added ingredients from diffent sandwiches to the wrong sandwich) then when I opens the home fries they literally have my 4 slices of home fries. I have never had an issue before, but yea this was embarrassing since the order was for my family.

The self serve ordering kiosks was not functioning correctly and would randomly add or subtract things to your order. Took way too long for people to create their own orders using them. One of the staff recognized that there were long lines forming at the kiosks and just stared at us. No attempt nor desire to jump on an open register to reduce the customer congestion.

The food was okay once it was prepared and you finally received it. It was made exactly as ordered, including the random items that the touch screen kiosk added to it.

Coffee was good.

The staff clearly did not want to be there. The women calling out your order did so in a conversational tone which was far to quite for the ambient noise. The other guests and myself had to continuously walk up and ask which order was ready as she stood there with a bag in her hand impatiently waiting for someone to grab it. She then had considerable attitude when someone asked her to “say again” whose order had been called. You would think she would figure out that she was too quiet after the fourth or fifth customer approached her with the same question. She was not even attempting to elevate her voice for customers to hear the order numbers that were being called.

They have one of the GREATEST breakfast burritos 🌯 I ever tasted!! 😋 I has avocado 🥑, 🦃 sausage, and home fries. It comes with bacon 🥓 but I don't eat pork 🤮 but it's DELICIOUS!!! 10/10 GOOD 👍🏾

PLEASE READ THE ORDER INSTRUCTIONS!!! I ordered a sandwich from this location and the instructions CLEARLY said mayo on both sides, but there was NO mayo on the sandwich!! Who would want a DRY sandwich???!!! C'mon folks!!!

Took my money but “couldn’t find my order” this place steals your money and doesn’t care about fixing it. Blonde hair manager with glasses was very arrogant and rude. He was very unhelpful. There’s was nothing wrong with my card. It went through and I paid. They did not care I paid and did not get my order. Told me to order and pay again. The only business I’ve been to that did not care to solve my issue for me. Pushed me along out of the way.

I was in town for a wedding and had THB for breakfast two days in a row. The bagels were fantastic and I appreciated the veggie options on their menu. Love the ordering kiosks. The staff were friendly and you can tell they cared. The restaurant was clean and especially the drink/condiment station was stocked and organized. Overall I really loved the vibe. If you consider opening a store in Richmond, I will be a customer!! :)

Once in a while I get the itch to buy myself a bagel and lox but what I was served for the $14 I shelled out looked pathetic. Ot was as though the individual who made the sandwich went out of their way to press down on it making it look more like a pancake than a bagel. The bread wasn’t very good either. On top of that, the bathrooms were closed which isn’t bad necessarily; running a business involves periodic maintenance but there was this underlying smell of urine throughout the place. It was disgusting. Not going back.

This place is fantastic! I was in town for one night and ate there the first afternoon and for breakfast. Both times, I got the salmon and bacon sandwich on an egg bagel (I would usually get a salt bagel, but I'm getting older, and sodium...) It's the perfect sandwich!
