Grandson and I Ordered chicken & waffles through DoorDash. Establishment offering buy one get one. Unfortunately DoorDash did not bring full order. I contacted business directly. Such professionalism and personable concern from the employee who answered the phone to I am assuming the owner. Apologized for discrepancy. Explained other half of order this at business location. DoorDash did not pick up full order. The offer, by owner, to add a dessert, was greatly appreciated, because that shows great customer service, and a great representation of their brand. The outside chicken was crispy ( I could eat a bucket of the chicken skin alone) and the inside was tender, seasoned to perfection. The waffle was soft and meaty…very good consistency. Th dessert, banana pudding.The all time best banana pudding I have ever eaten. Kudos for an overall, satisfying, eating and interaction experience. Chicken Box is on my rotation of eateries. Thank you gentlemen.

So I decided to get dinner from this location yesterday so I ordered online and paid with no problem I sat watching the tracker on my phone to see when the order would be ready it never notified me
I went to the location 50 mins after I placed the order and it was not ready
I could not believe an order placed that long ago was not ready I was so upset
With the prices they charge the service should be better
I feel like the staff is over worked because it’s always the same few employees working
And not too mention I had to wait another 20 mins after I arrived
I paid $53.00 for a 12 piece dinner with two sides no garlic bread is given
This company gave sides but was not enough for a family or the 12 pieces

The chicken and waffles are so delicious they hit the spot every time. I have to get the Mac and Cheese with the chicken and waffles combo. The whole meal together is a party. Then I gotta get the jumbo cup and mix the tropical punch and sweet tea together. I’m there religiously every other week. Sometimes I try to convince myself to not get the whole party but it never works. Enjoy yourself because I do.

The food was good, except for the cole slaw. Too much mayo. Great vegetarian baked beans. I still would recommend you check it out.

I placed an order online and the order was missing something. I called and the manager was so kind. He made it right and corrected the mistake. Not only was the food wonderful, the staff was just as good. We had never ordered from them before, we will definitely order from them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went here just a little before 12:00 p.m. on 6/25/2025, and order a chicken box. Thought I was getting popping hot chicken, but no I was served chicken already sitting under a heat lamp. The season fries were also cold and disgusting. Will not return here or recommend this place to anyone.

I love this place. The food is spectacular, service is great. Owner is super nice and staff is great. I go every chance I get. I recommend this place to any fried chicken lover. My favorite is the chicken nuggets and my husband loves the shrimp. The tasty bread is awesome.

Original Chicken Box is a must-visit whenever I travel from Florida to Baltimore to see my family. I'm always happy to support this establishment. My go-to meal: crispy chicken and a fluffy buttermilk waffle, paired with a self-served half-and-half. It never disappoints!

Ordered the blueberry waffle with chicken tenders. The best chicken n waffles I’ve ever ate. The waffle was very fluffy and had great taste. The chicken was O-M-G finger licking good.

The staff was very friendly and food is made to order. The ONLY negative was the meal being $20 and that is before taxes.

3 piece tenders + fries for $18.49? Hard pass. That’s basically $5 per chicken tender. Usually I’m willing to give new places a try even if I don’t love the pricing, but that’s absurd.
