After waiting an hour in a half empty restaurant, we received our food. The Rickfish (special) and Porkchop were delicious. Pasta was mooshy and overcooked, and the presentation was equally as bad. The service was horrible. It took 3 attempts and an hour and a half just to get our check. It was not until we told our server to bring the check or we were walking out that he produced our CHECKS. There were six of us (3 couples). Instead of dividing it 3 ways, he divided each check into 3rds, which meant each card was run 3xs to get to the final cost. I heard breakfast was better. Maybe (???) we will try again.
the food we had was poor the service was slow the food menu was so poor ruth chris was far better
Ambiance is beautiful but the food took forever even though it was pretty much empty. Eggs were bland but French toast and cinnamon roll were solid. The waiter was friendly and apologetic and the manager acknowledged they were still trying to figure things out, but they have a long way to go in my opinion.
Another excellent dinner experience at The Tillery. The ambience and food were great. A definite do over is coming up.
Not all items on menu available. No coffee after meal. Slow service. This was the case when they opened and still is a couple of years later. It really is a nice venue but as a restaurant, they've never gotten it together. Come on management, step up!
Went to the Tillary for Brunch, there weren't many people in it. But the noise level was high. Our food came out, more or less as ordered, but very bland for the premium pricing they requested, being in a Marriott Hotel.
We have been here a few times, restaurant was not busy but service was so slow. DOn't know if this was an issue with the kitchen, but as there were few people in, I can't see the issue. There were three of us, my meal came out first and it was a good 5-7 minutes before our other's arrive, by the time I started eating mine was cold. Water never refilled.
Totally an amazing experience at The Tillery. Excellent food, staff members and restaurant.
Where do I begin...my friend ordered a Michelob zero to which the server told us they were out of. That was the only zero beer they carry. I decided on salmon which was 1 of only 9 entrees and they were out of it. The pork belly was tasty but some pieces couldn't even be cut with a knife. The pasta was overdone and was drowning in sauce. I should have trusted my instincts when the beer and salmon were not available but I'd read some good reviews. On top of that an automatic 18% gratuity was added for a party of 2!
Excellent service, blessed to celebrate my daughter's birthday and our 1st time visiting. Great experience will refer to others

We had a reservation at 6pm and were seated right away. At 6:32 we still had no drinks that we ordered and our food orders had not been taken. We ended up leaving. For the price point of this place, we expected more and one waiter for an entire restaurant on a Saturday night is baffling. It was a night out to celebrate two birthdays. Incredibly disappointing.
Great experience overall. Our waitress was amazing! Food was great- except the Coconut Crab soup. Best calamari ever. Nice recognition of my son for his birthday. A little disappointed that after I ordered the Branzino, I was told a while later that it was all frozen and could not be ready for one hour. Ambience was nice. Been here several times, this was an improvement from before- would definitely return.
The Tillery hits on all angles every time. While the decor, design and food (the pancakes, grits and crab cake benedict - mmmmm) are enough to return, it's the service that takes it over the top for me.
Since my first visit, my server De'Auntae pretty much had me hooked with his impeccable service, beautiful smile and fantastic personality.
Tearin who has been both our server and hostess is probably one of the sweetest people on the face of the earth.
I haven't met any of the restaurant managers but I did have an opportunity to liaise with the Convention Services Manager, Allison James, and she was terrific as well.
I've recommended the restaurant to pretty much anyone who will listen. Definitely on of my fave spots for sure.
Parking: It's always nice not to have to think about or pay for parking - just a short walk across the street from the parking garage.

Waited 40 minutes minimum for party of 2, it was not busy for a Friday morning, we ended up leaving before being served. Just drank water for 40 minutes. Don't go for a birthday or anything special like that.
