Birthday lunch with the family. It was amazing. Service was great and our waitress was patient with us; especially with the party size
I Love this Restaurant!! The bar guests were very loud this time, louder than usual. Made it harder to hear at our table. Back room was closed off so we were seated in the middle, closer to bar. Otherwise, the food was amazing, desert Amazing and the staff was Extremely friendly and professional!!
I had the worst experience dining at this location last night which is associated with a Marriott hotel. We had a reservation. We were seated promptly, but no server was notified by the receptionist. We waited for more than 30 minutes before we got water and that was after I notified a bartender. The table next to us was seated 20 min after us but they got service before us. The bartender took our order since the server was nowhere to be found. The server came twice after the meal was served but didn't ask if we needed anything. She dropped off the check before we finished our meal and never asked if we wanted any dessert. The customer service was mediocre at best and the people working there are slow and busy doing side conversations among each other. I wouldn't recommend this place if you are looking for prompt and attentive service. The food was not that great for the price. The appetizers were good though.
The website is very misleading ,this place was only good for happy hour ,not dinner or lunch
Way over priced and the food was mediocre at best. They were understaffed, so service was not great but they did their best. I would not return to this place.
Service was awful. Burger was overcooked. Shrimp and grits was just a weird example of this dish and not in a good way.
One steak was overcooked. One steak was undercooked. Someone ordered a salad and added salmon. They received salad greens (nothing else, no vegetables) with a piece of salmon on top.
They decided to have a buffet breakfast today, which was not advertised. The server was also aware that they were having only buffet. The food was cold. The pastries had a stale taste. Limited options. Very disappointing.
Love the menu, especially the elevated takes on classic Jewish foods. The mushroom matzoh ball soup was divine. The rockfish entree was cooked perfectly.
The Tillery is located in the Owings Mills Marriott. It's decorated beautifully and has a nice intimate ambiance. I went for brunch on a Sunday and enjoyed it. I watched the NFL game afterwards, not the best place for watching the game but otherwise nice.

The food wasn't very good. The shrimp and grits had a lot of tomato sauce in it, no sausage or chorizo and I didn't really taste cheese in the grits. The person I was dying with said their food was just OK as well. The furniture is fairly worn, but also clean. We came in at 11:30 AM, but our servers clothes were already dirty. I won't be returning.
I had a wonderful evening at the Tillery. My waitress, Shawanna, was incredibly polite, kind, and attentive. I wish her all the best and hope she continues to spread smiles wherever she goes. You truly make a positive difference in people’s lives!

Our server Shawanna was great - attentive service with a smile!
During our visit we experienced very slow service. Our initial waitress was very slow and went missing for long periods of time. Drinks were made, waiting to be picked up and then delivered to the wrong table. Food orders were mixed up and cooked with incorrect temperature requests. Waiter spilled food items on two occasions when delivering entrees, with both entrees being delivered over our child’s head. When asked not to do so on the first occasions , he continued to do the same again. One entree brought was incorrect. When confirming the correct entree would. next be brought out, the waiter noted the incorrect entree would be boxed as a nice gesture due to the previous problems. The boxed entree was never brought to our table, and later the manager mentioned it was most likely eaten by the waiter. Only 20% discount was taken off of our check instead of eliminating the entrees that were incorrectly prepared. 20% was less then any entree we ordered. Gratuity was automatically added, which we would have never provided after one of the worst restaurant experiences in Baltimore.

Booked a reservation for Thanksgiving dinner. Called to confirm before leaving and was told I don't have a spot (even after the text confirmation) and there's nothing we can do.
