“Enjoyed my dinner here.

Stopped in 30 minutes before closing time on a Wednesday evening.

They weren't busy at all, I was the only on in the place. That always makes me a little nervous - you don't know how long the food has been sitting there. And (for those who don't know) since this is basically a Mediterranean Chipotle, I wondered about the quality of my toppings.

It was all good, however. Everything tasted fresh and clean. They made my protein (chicken) to order while I waited, and I was sitting down to eat shortly after I walked in. In a perfect world, I'd like some fresh iced tea options instead of bottled tea, but that's not a deal breaker.

All in all, happy with my dinner at Hummus Republic. Thanks y'all!“

“Being an all timer fan for Hangry Joe's, came across this branch and this beats all the others I have tried so far. Amazing service and serving size. Tried their Sando (really big than usual), Wings with 2 different flavors (really loved the Spicy Zing) and their Loaded fries.
Their loaded fries being crispy really stands out and the flavor stands out. They do have iced teas as well if you want to try them. Really glad to find this amazing joint in Ellicott City!“

“Recently ordered panini sandwiches (chicken and paneer) for a lunch party and all our guests LOVED them. The bread was nice and thick to hold the tasty and well-cooked paneer /chicken along with salad-like filler material. Great portion size, reasonably priced, and the order was ready on time. Samosas were also very good! Cakes were awesome as well - both black forest and butterscotch. True to their name!“

“I’ll be honest, I was both excited and skeptical about trying Wonder when it first opened. The whole concept seemed a little strange to me, and I wasn’t sure how it would actually work. Since they were offering 50% off for first time customers when I went, I figured it was worth a try.

We ordered a pizza from Alanza, a double cheeseburger from Burger Baby, and a Build Your Own Bowl from El Diez. Funny enough, the burger, which was the item I was least excited about based on how it looked, ended up being my favorite. It was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. The pizza was a little overdone, but I actually like my pizza that way, so no complaints there. The bowl was good too, though I felt like it was missing a little something. Maybe some extra lime or cilantro would have given it more of that fresh Mexican flavor.

I’d definitely come back and try some of the other restaurants they have. I also really liked the atmosphere. It was quiet, clean, and didn’t feel chaotic, which was nice. The kitchen area looked especially clean, which always leaves a good impression.

If you’ve been curious about Wonder and are looking to try something different, I’d say it’s worth checking out, especially while they’re offering 50% off for new customers. There’s a huge variety of food options, so it’s easy for everyone in your group to find something they’ll enjoy. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and left more impressed than I expected to be.“
