Loved the new addition on the rooftop. What a view! Initially service was great. We sat at the rail and the bartender was our server. We got drinks (beer could be colder) and some food. But there was no follow up after the food... no checking in to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. I get it...when people are busy, I definitely get it. But they weren't busy. So, that was a little disappointing. We had to flag them down to get the check and the person who came over, she wasn't very pleasant. Other than that, it was good.

Went tonight for the first time as it was recommended to us and it did not disappoint, our server Jordyn was awesome!! She was so sweet and it was such delicious food- keep her and the good food and awesome view and we will be back!!!!

This was a meeting point for family from Southern MD and Ocean City. Ended up being a great decision. Food was great, tacos (GF), shrimp BLT, fish sandwich..with a huge piece of fish and the daily special that ended up better than imaged! Open prime rib sandwich. Staff was great and view fantastic. Will be back!

Fish tacos and crab cakes were great. Sat outside to enjoy the view. Service was excellent.Prices reasonable. Highly recommended- and we catch and prepare fresh fish etc ourselves.

Food was good, but the fish portion with the fish and chips was measly. Expected better from a place that supposedly specializes in seafood.
Just one beautiful place to sit and eat and watch the surroundings and the people who bust their butts to bring fresh catch of the day to the Maryland shores.

We didn’t come on a day when Doc’s Sunset Grille was on its A game.
The food took well over an hour; but when it came it was tasty in my books. The service staff was apologetic, but it did little to quell the unease around the table.
The place does have its pluses, a great outdoor area, live music, a beautiful water view of a sunset. If you come on a day when the kitchen is not under water, I could see it being a lovely affair.
Unfortunately, for us, that day wasn’t our day.
But, time with friends is always a treat, even if it is spent waiting for just some damn fried pickles and fish!!!

Doc's brings beachfront dining to little Oxford. The patrons are lively and the atmosphere is friendly. The place is bigger than it appears from the outside. Have a dinner at Doc's on every trip to the Eastern Shore.
