My husband and I come every year for our anniversary, and it somehow gets better each time. We always sit at the chef’s table, and it honestly feels like home. “Since checking this place out, I have become a regular customer, and now come in 1-2x a week for a grocery restock. I have had no time to cook since the new year and had been eating out almost every meal.... but there are so few places around with healthy options. I am so picky about what fruits and veggies, organic items, etc. that I eat, and thankfully sprouts has provided great options for that! The baristas/cashiers are always so helpful and kind to us. Some of my favorites are-- ALL of the soups (seriously that chicken and rice is perfection, especially if you are under the weather), turkey chili, thai wrap, veggie wrap, egg roll in a bowl, drunken noodles, bbq chicken and succotash, the vitality ginger drink (that spice burns but feels good!), the challah and sourdough bread, eskimo bites for a treat, and the strawberry blondie brownies! I am trying new things as the menu changes, but these have been on my constant restock when available of what I have had so far!! I recently learned they can heat the items for you, so you can eat a hot meal there (I have not done this yet myself, as this is like grocery shopping for me so i take it home... but i have seen lots of people in there enjoying their meals!) I have seen some complain about the prices, but if you know the quality of what you are getting (local, organic), then you would realize these are very fair prices! If I have ever wanted to request something or had a slight issue, Sprouts has always been more than happy to accommodate. Thank you Sprouts for providing great service and food options to the community! You will see me again soon! Gluten free, Dairy free, or Flexitarian, check them out!”

Sitting just off the main drag on Talbot Street in St. Michael’s, Blue Heron Coffee is pumping out deliciously crafted espresso and coffee drinks to help us all stay awake and vibrant. The staff is friendly and the menu is deep and robustly offers multiple flavors including lavender, cinnamon toast crunch, and white chocolate mocha to name a few. I downed my regular vanilla ice latte with almond milk and it had me contemplating making a U-turn and going back for round two to the hip, and colorful establishment. Make sure you stop!! 🛑”

“We have been looking for a good Chinese/Asian restaurant since moving over the shore. This place did not disappoint. The food was excellent. We had sushi, the Happy Family and my usual General Tso’s and it was one of the best I have ever had. Atmosphere was casual for kids as we had our grandson with us. The waitress was wonderful. Highly recommend.”
