We took a chance at 4:30 and were able to sit at the raw bar for dinner. Best decision ever to walk over and check on availability! Dinner was absolutely delicious and everything had a little unexpected twist. The zucchini was so lightly cooked, paired with a smoky chorizo and golden raisins and served chilled - perfect flavors and a wonderful elevation to a simple summer vegetable. The Double Cheeseburger was one of the best I've ever had! It arrived hot, juicy, and cooked exactly the way a great burger should be. The miso-dijonnaise sauce was delicious and added a unique flavor, while the bun held everything together perfectly. The crispy fries were a great complement. You can tell the patty is made from high quality beef and prepared with care. I'll definitely be back.

A highlight is the decadent Caviar and Tater Tots dish, with Russian Caviar and Creme Fraiche. Recently, guests have praised the endive salad and mussels, especially the broth, along with the trout with brown butter caper sauce, which was described as off the charts special. The service remains phenomenal, with staff helping guests navigate the incredible menu.
