“Ticklers Crab Shack was a fun and delicious experience.
We began the evening sitting at the bar enjoying craft cocktails, the bartender, Lenny, was so talented, the cocktails were on par (better really) with what I have had in New York City, AND we had the comfort of a cool, off the water breeze, and a million dollar view. For the record, I did the honor of trying a couple different cocktails, but the “summer of 69” was my favorite.
My husband ordered a variety of oysters from their amazing raw bar, attention to detail was impressive. All of the wait staff and bar staff were attentive. The atmosphere created by the management and staff was not only pleasant and informative, but very professional, yet relaxed. We were lucky enough to meet the Chef and thank her for the great dishes. My husband had the Angus Steak Frites Dinner and was absolutely impressed with not only the cut of meat but also with the combinations of flavors and sauces. I had the fried crab balls, a recommendation from the manager, which were amazing, the crab cake dinner which was so fresh and tasty with Old Bay mustard aioli. I found out they change some parts of the menu seasonally, and we can’t wait to see what the manager and staff come up with for our next visit.”

“I was on Tilghman Island early this morning and stopped at Two if by Sea for breakfast. I had seen pictures of the pancakes on FB and had to try them. First, the restaurant has that nice down home feel from the minute you arrive. And the staff are all very sweet and they look happy to be there. Debbie was my waitress and her nephew also helped. There was another nice young man there also, working the tables and bar area. I had the best conversation with Debbie and she was excellent. I want to come back just to talk to her! My food was Soooo good. I just ordered too much. I ordered 2 pancakes with side orders of one scrambled egg and sausage. I really just needed the pancakes with no sides. They are a meal by themselves. And when I ordered them she asked if I wanted fresh blueberries or strawberry rhubarb and I chose blueberry. Everything was perfect. And I have breakfast for tomorrow. I didn't take a picture but I wish I had. Restaurant and kitchen is clean. The chef/cook looked happy to be there and seemed to have everything well in hand. Highly recommend this restaurant and I will be back!”

“Bistro St. Michaels is just amazing. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, everything is great. The staff is awesome and the food is beyond amazing. My husband and I come every year for our anniversary, and it somehow gets better each time. We always sit at the chef’s table, and it honestly feels like home. The kitchen staff is super kind and even remembers us every year. We highly recommend you experience this wonderful establishment. Thank you guys for always being so kind to us! Sitting just off the main drag on Talbot Street in St. Michael’s, Blue Heron Coffee is pumping out deliciously crafted espresso and coffee drinks to help us all stay awake and vibrant. The staff is friendly and the menu is deep and robustly offers multiple flavors including lavender, cinnamon toast crunch, and white chocolate mocha to name a few. I downed my regular vanilla ice latte with almond milk and it had me contemplating making a U-turn and going back for round two to the hip, and colorful establishment. Make sure you stop!! 🛑”

“This meal was divine from start to finish. The she-crab soup was a personal highlight & the crab cakes were some of the best I’ve ever had. The cocktails and wine selection were also excellent. The service was attentive throughout the meal and truly thoughtful. Definitely prioritize eating at Stars while visiting St Michael’s. You will not be disappointed!”

“As someone who spends a lot of time on the road checking out local spots, Rise Up in St. Michaels is an absolute gem. Yes, the drive-thru line can get long, but don’t let that scare you off—the crew keeps things moving fast and the service is super friendly. The setup is this ridiculously cute tiny house drive-thru, and most importantly, the flavor is always 100% on point. Easily one of my favorite coffee stops when traveling through!”

“We had a wonderful dinner a few weeks ago at Theo’s that was superb. The front desk was welcoming and courteous. Our server, Caroline, was efficient and accommodating. We ordered the châteaubrio for two, and the steak was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is relaxing and cozy. We are heading back again soon for another wonderful dining experience.”

“As one of the first employees of the Blue Crab under Brian and Hellen, I can say that the vibes are immaculate and you can feel their flair throughout the entire building. The coffee choice is the best on the Eastern Shore (over Rise Up) and they don’t try to be fancy with their menu. It’s fairly straightforward and everything is delicious (I’ve tasted it all). I may have moved away and be saddened by the couple stepping away but I know the folks at the bagery are just as passionate. I will continue to stop by whenever I can and support not only an amazing business but also the people in this community. I recommend you try it out whenever you’re in St. Michaels. It’s the perfect place to escape and relax for even just a moment. Thank you Brian and Hellen. I’m so grateful for your love and kindness to the St. Michaels community.”

“Since checking this place out, I have become a regular customer, and now come in 1-2x a week for a grocery restock. I have had no time to cook since the new year and had been eating out almost every meal.... but there are so few places around with healthy options. I am so picky about what fruits and veggies, organic items, etc. that I eat, and thankfully sprouts has provided great options for that! The baristas/cashiers are always so helpful and kind to us. Some of my favorites are-- ALL of the soups (seriously that chicken and rice is perfection, especially if you are under the weather), turkey chili, thai wrap, veggie wrap, egg roll in a bowl, drunken noodles, bbq chicken and succotash, the vitality ginger drink (that spice burns but feels good!), the challah and sourdough bread, eskimo bites for a treat, and the strawberry blondie brownies! I am trying new things as the menu changes, but these have been on my constant restock when available of what I have had so far!! I recently learned they can heat the items for you, so you can eat a hot meal there (I have not done this yet myself, as this is like grocery shopping for me so i take it home... but i have seen lots of people in there enjoying their meals!) I have seen some complain about the prices, but if you know the quality of what you are getting (local, organic), then you would realize these are very fair prices! If I have ever wanted to request something or had a slight issue, Sprouts has always been more than happy to accommodate. Thank you Sprouts for providing great service and food options to the community! You will see me again soon! Gluten free, Dairy free, or Flexitarian, check them out!”

“Sadly even though I generally love Subway my last order was hugely disappointing and we will never order thru the App again. Was NOT toasted, paid for smashed avacados & extra cheese on 2 footings and did NOT get extras or toasted on either 😭. On a positive note, go in and have built in front of you and they are great.”
