This place makes it easy to eat healthy and delicious. I love the salad dinners, the kale salad, the chocolate buzz bits, the coffee, etc. If it were cozier, I'd sit down there more often.
What a lucky find. My daughter and I were vacationing near Saint Michaels and were searching for a place to grab a healthy bite. We found Eat Sprout and it was a godsend. They had exactly what we were looking for...healthy snacks, salads, prepared foods. Ironically we realized that this was the same owners as the Eat Sprout in Annapolis which we also just discovered as we are new to the area. I had one of the best coffees I've ever had at this shop! The Vietnamese Latte is SO frickin good. There's a lot of tables available to hang out at and even a shuffleboard table. They also have snack options at the front of the store, as well as complimentary water set up to serve yourself.
