Delicious dinner last night! The elegant atmosphere and attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly staff made it the perfect evening!
From the moment we walked into Bas Rouge we were wined and dined at a level rarely achieved. Our every need was met. Fresh homemade breads were served from a cart along with 3 specialty butter spreads. We chose the five-course prix fixe menu (which was preceded by a delicious amuse bouche of salmon) plus we added the cheese course and dessert. Outstanding as always. A delicious and beautifully choreographed meal. We ordered the chefs tasting menu with wine pairing and enjoyed it all.
