Marcelo the manager and franchise owner? need to learn how to be a good manager/owner and that is how to provide a good customer service. I ordered online and send my daughter to pick it up but i went back because the food ( 2 pretzels almond) was very cold. The manager was present so I asked is there any chance that I can have a better one because the pretzels are cold, he said ' oh no while touching the food in the bag, this is not cold. And if you order online that's a third party so i can't help you either. He told me that if I placed my food online, the freshness of the food are not guaranteed. Mind you, I placed the food and after 10 minutes my daughter pick it up right away. He said online is a third party so he can't help me with the refund either. That is very unacceptable. And also even you own the place you still representing Auntie Anne's company and he ruining it. He took my food but ask me to request the refund online? It doesn't make sense at all. Do better and learn how to treat your customer with respect.

When to the store to pick up the birthday present, fake promo. You need to download the app after that you can not used for your b-day , they give you free pretzel with QR when you so play that again can’t used because d you need to purchase and order first! Better don’t go

They are never open before 12:00

Ordered online, pepperoni pretzels were hard literally couldn’t bite them. I’ve NEVER had this experience before. Dog pretzels were burned! I wouldn’t recommend to buy from here

I love the cinnamon sugar nuggets but today I got them at this store and it was horrible !!! the nuggets were so tough like it was not fresh at all. They mixed it with some new ones ( soft and freshly baked) Please don't do this to your paying costumers. I'm not sure if it's the store's policy or the workers just did them to save the old nuggets. You will pay the price if this persist.

Had trouble finding space to enter the restaurant with my double stroller and kids. They asked me to loop around and get in line in the entrance (zero room whatsoever) - I couldn’t maneuver anywhere. I told them I had a double stroller and they just looked at me as if to say “tough.”

Located in Tanger Outlets, it’s just the break you need in between your shopping spree.
The cinnamon bites and pretzel bites (hotdog) are my favourites. They also have pepperoni. Pair your pretzels or bites with their signature lemonade or another of their featured drinks.

Vegetarian options: The cinnamon ones are vegetarían

Kid-friendliness: Of course kids love pretzels and nuggets.

Ask for cinnamon nuggets there is Literally barely and on it its like they pinched some and sprinkled it on. At this point they just gave me soft bread

I would like to personally thank Jessica, the manager at this location: Tangers National Harbor. She is an excellent manager and even better person. My disabled sister lost her purse with her phone. She is non verbal and very distraught because she apparently left the purse in the bathroom. By the time we went back for it, the purse was gone. To the person that found it - Thank you so much for giving it to Jessica and thank you again Jessica! We are forever grateful!

When I first entered the store out of the rain, rather than greeting me, an employee harshly told me that I needed to walk around her friend visiting her at work to go to the cashier to order. I also witnessed an employee take a pretzel bite out of one of the buckets to be sold in the display case and eat it in front of customers.

The young man who took my order yesterday greeted me with a smile & was so friendly & polite. It was my first time stepping out of my original pretzel "comfort zone" & ordering the cinnamon sugar pretzel. Three words: Hea-ven-ly :)

The young man working at 8:30 PM today was amazingly attentive to all customers that came in. The cleaning behind the counter was being done and looked thorough. The shop could use a sweep, but hey it’s an Auntie Annes in an outlet mall.
