I was double charged for my meal. I called the restaurant to have this corrected and was told an assistant operations manager would get back to me. Despite leaving my name and number and emailing all the relevant information, no one from the restaurant has reached out to me.

Antoinette our hostess in Bar Harbor Drink & Eat was outstanding and her customer service is top notch. All of the staff at the front desk were absolutely 💯 on point. The General Manager of the Hotel treated us like a King & Queen. Thank you so very much for being you and for making sure we enjoyed ourselves. There was not enough time to do everything so therefore we will be back to visit The Hyatt Place at National Harbor. Sending love and excellent vibes 🫶🏾💜

Brought my boyfriend to Bar Harbor for an impromptu harbor side dinner vibe. While they were out of reservations we lucked up and was able to sit outside just in time to watch the sunset. Derrick was very hospitable from the moment we walked in the door. He explained that he was serving a party while also working the bar so apologized for any delay in service in advance. His professionalism and attentiveness was impressive. We were very disappointed that they were out of wings as we were looking forward to sharing them as an appetizer. The pizza was amazing and the signature old fashion was delicious. While I was disappointed to not try the wings, Derricks service made it a memorable experience. Great job Derrick! You deserve a raise!!!

We waited an hour just to order food, and after 2 more hours, we didn't receive our food so we left. The staff seemed very overwhelmed. Management should have had more staff working on a night when you have multiple large party reservations. This was unfortunately the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. A lot of the liquor and wine selections were also unavailable. Food was just OK.
