Worst customer service ever! Imagine going there to get something and they tell you right away to go to the other place!

They sell spoiled fruits. I went to exchange so they did. Exchanged one also was spoiled.

Beautiful place, lots of pastry options. I had an iced coffee with a chocolate croissant and it was really good!

Love this place! Their breakfast sandwiches are good (expect Starbucks level of cooking, lol) and the pastries are divine. Baked goods are easily big enough to share. And the Vietnamese coffee is my new favorite - perfect amount of creamy and sweet - I'm going to make my coffee at home like this from now on. Staff are all lovely.

We used to come here for French inspired parties and treats when we used to live nearby. Good selection, but service is quite hit or miss. During our most reventvisit, the person receiving the orders was efficient. Sadly, the cashier was rude and cantankerous. A little bit of customer service training would vastly improved the experience. With the plethora of options just across the river in Virginia, what would compel people to come here?

There were 4 employees behind the counter laughing and talking while I only wanted to buy overpriced juice and water. It took far too long to check out with an available register. Too many unprofessional people with unprofessional work culture.

Really disappointed with my visit. They first handed me my order in a box with the top completely smashed. When I asked them to replace it, the lady gave me a look like I was being difficult. They brought out another one in a closed box, and I left.

There weren’t any clean tables there, so I sat on one of the benches near there. But when I opened the box, the pastry looked nothing like the display—missing the dried raspberry pieces, gold flakes, and with messy cream. And unsurprisingly, it didn’t even taste good.

Even though I tried to just let it go, I felt like I had to say something...otherwise I’d feel stupid for not speaking up. On my way out, I brought it up, and at first they denied it and kept saying they're all the same...until I showed them a picture. Then they said the ones they actually serve are kept in the back and are not necessarily the same as the ones in display.. That feels really like a scam, misleading and it’s pretty shameful that they said it so openly.

Found a hair in my cupcake ( long one) the buttercream is not the best. The other pastries are not tasty. Overpriced for poor quality

Pastries were pretty mid honestly. I had high expectations. The only thing that I liked here was the pain au chocolat but it’s not the best? It is also not the worst. We stayed at the Bellagio so it’s the nearest cafe/patisserie.

The 6-pc. macaron was incredibly sweet and mushy, the strawberry mousse was too sweet as well - almond croissant was ok.

We also got coffee here and they’re also mid but it gets the job done I guess. Better than Starbucks and I refuse to give my money to Starbucks.

Don’t expect a lot from this place. The Bellagio Patisserie is basically just there for convenience and probably not known for quality pastries.

Bellagio Patisserie is an absolute gem! I tried their Vietnamese coffee, and it was super yummy—rich, smooth, and perfectly sweetened. It hit the spot and gave me the perfect pick-me-up.

The shop itself has a charming and elegant vibe, and the selection of pastries looked amazing too. Can’t wait to go back and try more!

Just from the photos and reviews that are posted online, I had high expectations. But coming in, the range of pastries were slim. I expected a bigger variety. On the contrary, the hazelnut pop and almond croissants are the best I’ve ever tasted. This is the place to go if you love almond croissants.

We decided to try one morning of trip, and were glad we did. Cinnamon roll and cherry danish were excellent. Coffee was good, but I expected better. Person that took our order was very friendly.
