Just from the photos and reviews that are posted online, I had high expectations. But coming in, the range of pastries were slim. I expected a bigger variety. On the contrary, the hazelnut pop and almond croissants are the best I’ve ever tasted. This is the place to go if you love almond croissants.

We decided to try one morning of trip, and were glad we did. Cinnamon roll and cherry danish were excellent. Coffee was good, but I expected better. Person that took our order was very friendly.

Terrible. No one knows what’s going on, especially the manager. Got the wrong flavor of ice cream not once but twice. Pastries were stale. Service was awful. Came here a few years ago and it’s just gone downhill. Not even remotely worth the money. Do yourself a favor and skip it.

Their specialty coffee is only marginally better than an old generic k-cup and single coffee will set you back about $7. They put their “fresh” pastries in sealed plastic take out containers and the service is terrible. The cashier couldn’t even answer a basic question about the menu. Unless you’re stuck inside of the MGM there’s no point in going here. If you have a car, there are a number of excellent bakeries nearby and a number of places to get coffee that actually tastes like coffee. Don’t waste your time or money.

I love their little desserts! This spot is right by the atrium, so it is perfect to stop by for some coffee and dessert.

The owner of this place needs to do something about the workers here. These people are so rude and not welcoming at all. You walk in and they act as if they don't see you. You try to talk to them but they are so focused on their phones. The workers have a very nasty attitude.

Back in Feb 2024 I had to start a claim here, I ate moldy Jelly and had to go the the hospital. I am a platinum player and it took them too long to reply, I had to consult with 2 attorneys, They want your money but do not like to take care of the customers in MGM. I called the food department to get a record of complaints and its shocking. Bad service, I only gave it 2 stars for the friendly kitchen staff

They need to hired friendly and helpful staff. They have no prices on their pastries and when you ask they respond with such a negative attitude. I been here multiple times but today was a very negative experience.AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO END UP IN A BAD MOOD.Plus they charge me double.

I went here at 1:30pm on a Sunday. There were 5 people in line and 6 employees behind the counter, but at any given time only 3 employees were actually doing something -- the rest were standing around. It took 12 minutes standing in line before I put in my order. I asked what kind of bagels they have, and they named 4-5 flavors including "everything". I asked for "everything" and then another guy said they only have wheat bagels. I ordered the bagel, then a few mins later they told me they don't have cream cheese -- only butter. This is why they call it MGM National Horror, folks.

I went to this luxurious eatery, and it was well presented, with pastries and food well displayed and prepared. The waiters and food handlers were all friendly and willing to have a conversation. I got a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and oatmeal raisin cookies. I ordered other cookies as well, and they were larger than normal, all delicious and pack a wonderful taste. I would go back just to eat alongside the shop as a proud MGM customer.
