They need to hired friendly and helpful staff. They have no prices on their pastries and when you ask they respond with such a negative attitude. I been here multiple times but today was a very negative experience.AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO END UP IN A BAD MOOD.Plus they charge me double.

After having two great meals today we wanted to end the day with a sweet treat. Sadly this was not the place to indulge. The cupcakes are all style over substance. They were cod, dried out and hard. The frosting is like eating a stick of butter. We also tried an apple danish and a cinnamon bun. These were just ok. My husband said the cinnamon bun itself tasted good but the frosting tasted weird. My apple danish was slightly on the dry side. In my opinion this would not be the place for a dessert. Maybe the gelato is better.

I went here at 1:30pm on a Sunday. There were 5 people in line and 6 employees behind the counter, but at any given time only 3 employees were actually doing something -- the rest were standing around. It took 12 minutes standing in line before I put in my order. I asked what kind of bagels they have, and they named 4-5 flavors including "everything". I asked for "everything" and then another guy said they only have wheat bagels. I ordered the bagel, then a few mins later they told me they don't have cream cheese -- only butter. This is why they call it MGM National Horror, folks.

I went to this luxurious eatery, and it was well presented, with pastries and food well displayed and prepared. The waiters and food handlers were all friendly and willing to have a conversation. I got a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and oatmeal raisin cookies. I ordered other cookies as well, and they were larger than normal, all delicious and pack a wonderful taste. I would go back just to eat alongside the shop as a proud MGM customer.

It is a delicious cafe to indulge in, and it has a whimsical view. I had a warm jerk chicken salad croissant with grapes, which was delightfully huge and does have a spice. It was still seasoned well, though. An almond Croissant with a cookie to go. Cookie was huge. The pastries are flakey and delicious. It's definitely good. The service was questionable. There were 8 people working. The manager was texting on her phone while a few orders got confused. Micheal, the cashier, was left to remedy it while she ignored 8-9 frustrated customers in queue. My order was fine as I waited till the choas calmed down. I did order my food to go.

The vanilla cupcake was the driest cupcake I’ve ever eaten. Not moist at all and the frosting is waxy. Cant recommend the cup cake.

Directions on Google Maps listed roads to take that didn't exist. Bellaire Patisserie is located inside the MGM Casino. Enter the parking deck (free), go to the casino level, it's located near the MGM Theater & Ginger Restaurant. Staff was helpful and kind. When we visited, the computer system was down, but the staff handled it well. We ordered 3 cupcakes the size of mini-cakes with piped frosting.

We ordered a Turkey BLT Panini, Tuscan Chicken Sandwich, one bag of chips, one bottled water (Fiji .5L), and a small coffee with caramel. Bill came to $45.05. Service was incredibly slow, but they were slammed with a huge crowd, so we understood. Some of the customers were rude, and the young lady at the register (Destiny) handled them with professionalism. I wanted a dessert so much -- the videos they run are interesting and make you want chocolate! The chocolate shoe (pump) filled with truffles was precious. They have gelato, cookies, and pastries. In addition, you can order custom cakes. I do want to go back.

Conveniently located in the Atrium of the Hotel by Casino entrance. Was not too busy today but with events and different times can be a long lineStaff is friendly.Sometimes they can be out of stock of some things.Today they were out of almond cookiesWhile here you can sit and enjoy a view of the atrium along with listening to some of the background sounds there. It's always kept clean.Sometimes there is free bottle water.

Dropped by because it was right next to the Theater at MGM Grand. They were out of a number of items, including the one thing I wanted, the spinach and cheese quiche. Mediocre premade sandwiches including a prosciutto panini with not fully cooked meat. The Nutella croissant was very good but $6.50 seemed high. The large iced latte was $6.50 and flavorless and dull. $4 for a tiny bag of stale Voodoo chips. Huge lines with inefficient staff. Nothing is freshly made, which you'd think would make the line move faster. Poor communication among the employees, including order taker and cashier. Most employees were maskless because COVID is over, whereas others wore them at the chin--don't wear one if you don't know how to wear them properly! Be kinder to yourself and eat at home before the show.

I'll say I have never given a bad review, and 2 stars because the vanilla latte was good. The breakfast however, terrible! The hashbrowns and omelette are really a hard pass. A shame MGM doesnt encourage a nice breakfast establishment here.

Stopped in for a grab during a quick break in a poker tournament just upstairs. There was only one gal working, but it was a Wednesday around 5 PM, so I guess that's normal. All the sammies and paninis looked really delicious, with large, fresh ingredients. But I just didn't have the time to wait for toast/sear/press, etc.I loved the grab-n-go case, where I chose a Chicken Salad Croissant. That salad was super flavorful and had everything I would want in it! I can't say what all the ingredients were, but I'm sure there were grapes, greens and nuts if some kind...and there was a slight kick to it that was just right! Super flaky and large croissant! I actually had some bites here and there that satisfied through late night munching. It came in a sturdy takeout container and pretty bag w/hard bottom and handles, so I appreciated that it was easy to carry. Wish I would have had time for the obligatory photos, but I just didn't. Sad face.
