Jaylen(female) is awesome! We are not frequenters of B & J’s but the minute we walked in we were greeted with a smile and a cheerful hello! She gave us a quick education on the flavors and to make sure we would be satisfied, a sample spoon of the flavor we might like. I appreciate her taking the time and I didn’t feel rushed( and it was quite busy). Jaylen is a star and would be the reason for my return business and referrals to friends… She deserves a raise and a promotion. She is a leader!

This location was extremely packed. I think $9 for two scoops of ice cream is a little overpriced but it’s 2025

This was one of the best ice cream shops I have ever been to. The ice cream was delicious and evenly flavored. I will always remember this chocolate dipped waffle cone, and I believe I had a scoop of the banana flavored ice cream, Chunky Monkey, and a scoop of the Caramel Chocolate Cheesecake. Im from South Dakota was on a trip to a convention at the Gaylord National Resort.....and this Ben n Jerrys was a short walk down to the National Harbor, one of the most memorable places I visited while at the National Harbor, and its across the street from an awesome restaurant to get some great steak. Thanks Ben and Jerrys.
