I loved our experience at this Ben & Jerry's today! We have a 2 year old with a severe dairy allergy so I wasn't honestly expecting that he would be able to get anything. I asked out of curiosity if they had any non-dairy options. They showed me their non-dairy options and explained since his allergies are severe they can open a different box all together for the ice cream ans gummy bears he wanted to eat on top. They even opened a new box of spoons to ensure there was no cross contamination at all. I was so grateful for their patience, understanding and that they went above and beyond to give my son a fun and safe ice cream experience!
