James was amazing! Even though he was the only one in the store, he still had amazing customer service and kept his composure!
You cannot eat your ice cream inside. Even if it’s raining and 40 degrees outside and there’s very few customers. If that’s what your policy is, it should be posted. I would not have bought ice cream if I knew I had to eat it in 40 degree rainy weather.
