Jaylen(female) is awesome! We are not frequenters of B & J’s but the minute we walked in we were greeted with a smile and a cheerful hello! She gave us a quick education on the flavors and to make sure we would be satisfied, a sample spoon of the flavor we might like. I appreciate her taking the time and I didn’t feel rushed( and it was quite busy). Jaylen is a star and would be the reason for my return business and referrals to friends… She deserves a raise and a promotion....
I stopped by the Ben & Jerry's at National Harbor in Maryland two days ago, and I was impressed by the young man's exceptional courtesy and respect. His customer service skills were outstanding.
This was one of the best ice cream shops I have ever been to. The ice cream was delicious and evenly flavored. I will always remember this chocolate dipped waffle cone, and I believe I had a scoop of the banana flavored ice cream, Chunky Monkey, and a scoop of the Caramel Chocolate Cheesecake. Im from South Dakota was on a trip to a convention at the Gaylord National Resort.....and this Ben n Jerrys was a short walk down to the National Harbor, one of the most memorable places...
