This was the poorest sushi rolls I’ve ever had , I got the MD Crab roll, imitation crab which is actually fish, I’ve bought better sushi from a grocery store I definitely won’t recommend FALSE

Simple sushi menu in the middle of MGM. We sat at the sushi bar, but apparently needed to order at the register so had to abandon our seats which I thought was a little inconvenient. Not many specialty rolls listed and most were tempura so we opted for unagi and salmon avocado roll. Good pieces of fish- 8 pieces per roll. The water we had tasted off though.

I've only been here once, so try to keep that in mind as you read this review. I ordered the salmon skin roll and the volcano roll. As far as flavor, they were both ok. Not bad, but not great either. The ginger was in large pieces that I felt should've been much smaller. The wasabi was very spicy, just the way I prefer.I feel like the thing I disliked the most was the level of service. They weren't disrespectful at all, but it was painfully obvious that they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. I waited 10 minutes after finishing my meal before one of the sushi chefs asked if I was done; I was in plain view of both of the other staff members. I even tried to make my intentions obvious by piling things on my plate (empty soda can, used napkins, chopsticks, etc.). When I got up to walk to the opposite side of the bar to pay, the woman was literally leaning on the register and taking her sweet time taking orders and payments from other customers. That said, I'm not recommending that people avoid this sushi bar. If I'm ever in the building and I feel like sushi, MAYBE I'll stop again. If I'm at the Harbor, I'll go somewhere else. I definitely won't make a special trip to go back to Bento Sushi again.

I placed an order online to pickup. The website said to give them ten to fifteen minutes to prepare. 20 minutes later the meal had not even been started. Then when they started to make it, they told me the website should not have let me order what I did order. They wanted me to check back and they would have it ready. Ten minutes later, and still not started, they told me I had been undercharged and just pick a few of the things. Needless to say I was going to a show and after almost an hour of them confused, I asked for my money back. I went to the show hungry, but at least I got my money back.

Slightly overpriced. Decent and fast however. Customer Service was great.

The pre-packaged sushi I bought tasted fine, but eating here was stressful and the service was unsatisfactory. We had come to MGM on a Friday evening before a show. Every restaurant had long lines. We spent about 30 minutes searching throughout MGM for a restaurant or a counter-service place in the Market. I've also never seen prices this high for a food court. Bento said they had a 30-minute wait for food ordered from the menu, so I decided to buy the pre-packed sushi at the Bento counter. That took at least 20 minutes, standing in line. They had too few staff, and they weren't moving with a sense of urgency. There were only a couple of people ahead of me when I got in line, but the cashier was handling multiple roles, so we mostly just waited. My husband did the same for a slice of pizza. Then, we couldn't find a place to sit for a while. Every bathroom in the place also had crazy-long lines. I had hoped for a nice meal that evening. What I got instead was like eating at the airport on the day before Thanksgiving - both in terms of price and chaos. Never again!

Similar to other reviews--I enjoy the sushi but the service is very hit or miss. I usually order the California roll and Maryland roll.

First time coming here( had to be Christmas lol) was a bit busy, one of the things that stood out to me was Rufus, one of the only workers that was on the line making the order very attentive and very hard worker. Both qualities hard to find now a day and he has both, needles to say I will be coming back not just cause of the great sushi but because of the great work ethic and customer device shown by Rufus. Thank you again

Worst service ever. Went to MGM Grand for a concert. The place was packed with pre concert diners. They had no idea how to take orders or fill orders. Initially only one person was making sushi despite it being dinner time and a sold out concert. Food was decent when it finally arrived. Still the service was so bad I will never return.

I tried the Rainbow special roll, along with three regular roles: Philadelphia, California and Spicy Tuna. The fish was very fresh, and the rice soft yet crisp, these are the base for a good sushi. My only reservation was that the specialty rolls were not very creative.

When I arrived at 5 pm, no one was there. A man sitting at the counter told me that I could order my sushi at another food counter and wait for the employees to come back and make my sushi. There was no sign or information telling me that I could do this. The employees returned about 5 minutes later and were rude to me because I had been waiting. I was there to make a take out order. I should have left, but promised my son I would stop and get him sushi on my way home. One item I ordered was the Unagi bowl. It was put in a tray that was less than half the bowl portion. The Unagi was burned on the Unagi rolls I ordered. They did this on purpose with no apologies. I did not realize the poor quality until I got home and my son opened his food and asked, "What is this?" I usually get good service and food, but not today. I will not be back! I was polite and forgiving, but was treated badly, like it was my fault that they were not there when I arrived.

Sushi was amazing, and made on the spot! They will make fun of you if you don't know how to use chopsticks though.. .
