Decent place to grab some food while you’re at the MGM Resort. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of food was decent. I was extremely bummed that my food had a hair in it. 😐😐😐

We went there twice the staff was rude, uncaring we waited over 30 minutes for our food and come to find out the food was just sitting on the counter we won’t ever be back. Rude and unfriendly service no ketchup

Absolutely awful service. The employees are nasty and rude. The coffee was cold and didn’t have any of the sugar or creamer that I asked for. Avoid this dump at all costs. MGM NEEDS TO BE MORE AWARE OF THEIR VENDORS.

The food is good but very expensive. I ordered a cheesesteak and onion rings. The onion rings were $8.99 and I got 6 (SIX) onion rings. Ridiculous

After checking out of mgm hotel on 8/9/25 at national harbor i stopped at bread and butter for breakfast. The food looked good but unfortunately didn't get a chance to taste the food. One of the guys that was cooking the food was behind the counter had picked his nose. When I asked if he could wash his hands he got smart and said he wear gloves when dealing with the food. If your touching gloves after you pick your nose it's getting on the gloves. Thats just common sense. I decided against ordering anything from that establishment.

Upset customers! Awful customer service and food. Two days in a row with stale fries. When we got up to the room the fries were stale. The woman pick up the fries from the desk throw it in the plate just like she throw the utensils in the bag! Ranch chicken burger and beef burger meal were old, not fresh and we couldn’t eat it. This is not our first meal there this one was the worse just like this crew today. This was not free! Pretty foul that you so quickly packed such nasty food, and took advantage of us because we took it to go upstairs. No accountability!

Terrible service and terrible food. This is the only place open in the morning at MGM but they really should just close it down or fire everyone there and start again. I don't know how you mess up a simple omelet but they did it. The food was pretty much inedible, and that was after waiting 20 minutes total when there had been only one customer in front of me because these are the laziest employees I've ever seen. Again, MGM needs to fire the manager, most of the staff, and start again because I don't think this place could be saved by just replacing the management.

06/19/2025 @5:30 p.m. I bought salad which is about to expire in next day. When open the container, there are a really bad smell of expired brocoli from the salad container I bought. Talk to the store, they refused to issue a refund.
So everyone must not buy salad from bread & butter. They do not maintain quality of food, instead they try to poison us by selling expired foods!!!!!

If you want rapid weight loss, this is the place to go. Ate a patty melt (and was the only thing I ate that day) and lost 2 lb on the porcelain throne. The owners clearly don’t pay their workers enough because they couldn’t be bothered to even look at you, let alone talk to you.
