I placed a take out order by phone before the closing time . The restaurant declined me entry into the restaurant 15 min before closing after taking my order. I will be contacting the owner and reporting this to BBB. Extremely unprofessional

I Called in a whting dinner ordered yesterday in Oxon Hill Maryland. The food was very old . The fish was black in color and dry rice was dry and the vocals were so big they couldn't Choke a horse.

I tried to place a 60 dollar order online tonight through uber eats(for a crabcake and a pound of steamed shrimp with sauce/ They don’t have the sauce on the menu. I tried to sub something for the same price. The female couldnt figure it out. She placed me on hold, never came back and wouldn’t pick up when i called back several times.
I’m not giving the oxy Hill location any stars my daughter placed the order yesterday on 426 she went to pick up her order. They told her they canceled her order because it’s a gas leak. It’s a gas leak and you got people coming in the building you got workers in there so they said they refunded my money she didn’t they did not call my child. They did not text my child to tell her her order was canceled. How do you run a business like this? I’ve reached out looking for corporate which cameras do not have a corporate and I was given an owners number Traymon he has yet to call me back to help me understand, why my daughter received bad customer service we asked them if they can transfer her order to the Temple Hills location and they said no because they refunded my daughters money no proof of a refundso she went to the ox. She went to the temple Hills location and had to pay again for her platter for her birthday party. I need someone from Cameron’s to reach out to me so I can really tell you how bad the customer service is at the Oxon Hill location.
