I work in the last stop a few doors down from Chunks Grilled & Fried and let me tell y’all. The food is always hot and ready when I come back to pick up my order. Great environment if you ever wanna sit in and eat.

This just had to be a bad day for them. My grilled shrimp salad became a fried chicken salad (I only ordered two items, so it is ridiculous that they didn't get it right). The seafood basket had overcooked fish and shrimp. The flavors did not match the flavors I was expecting. I hope the feral cats in my neighborhood like it better than I do. At least the vegetables in the salad were fresh. I'll give them an extra star for good past history but I can go no further.

I'm going to give them 3 starts right now . I ordered off of yelp so i don't know about the customer service but the food had good flavor and was plenty . The only downfall was my rice was very soggy , I am use to mediterranean rice being very dry almost if that makes sense . I will try another menu item to see how it is. My coworker got the fried shrimp she said it was too much breading.

Very good gyros and cheese steaks. I was spoiled from growing up in the Chicago area where there are high quality gyro places all over so I have had better, but not by much. For the price you get a lot of food and it comes hot off the grill. For the DC area Chunks is about as good as it gets and worth stopping by for some tasty sandwiches.

This was my first time ordering and I am totally disappointed. I ordered a chicken gyro, onion rings and Oreo cake. The only thing right are the onion rings. I received a lamb gyro and cheesecake. Apparently, they don’t pay attention. This was my first and last time ordering from them.
I randomly found this place on Google Maps, mind you I've passed it many times and never noticed it! Shah took my order and she was AMAZING, even over the phone. She was so pleasant and helpful! When I picked up my food it was so fresh and tasted really good! The wedges are bomb and so are their chicken wings! The fried mushrooms were good, if you like mushrooms! Definitely recommend!!!!

Went there ordered two boxes of 8 pieces. Both had chicken like this we asked for well done not mushy.It was disgusting!!! Needless to say my husband was going on a bus trip and threw his chicken away mad. I threw my box for me and my son away at home. First and last time ?

I tried this spot out for the first time yesterday and it was pretty good. The prices are reasonable and the food had a good taste. They were not skimpy with the meat on my sub. I got the 12 in and it was enough for 2 days. I also order a 4 piece chicken the only issue I had with that is that you can't select your pieces it's a mystery box. I had 2 drumsticks, 1 wing and a breast. All and all I had a good experience the owner was also very friendly.

It's been a while since posting but, Chunk's deserves ah post. We got the lamb gyro (after my first bite took me back to Germany), fried chicken, potato wedges & fries. Fried chicken is cooked hard yet juicy and tender on the inside. Could use a lil bit more seasoning but it's on point for me. We have a newer spot for fried chicken than Popeyes or KFC. And sure nuff better than Royal Farm. The employees are super nice and smile even though the mask. Hospitality all the way, I guess you treat people like you want to be treated. We will be back & the gyro was lamb not 50% beef & lamb.
