The crab cakes are awesome. No filler, just crab ? Decent sized portions and quick service.
Jessica was great. She took the order and recommended such a great meal. Then she introduced me to a sauce. It was delicious. Thanks Jessica. Can't wait to come back to the area again.
Loved everything I ordered! Great place for crab cakes. I also had a side gumbo and the cornbread was outstanding!
Cozy little spot, the seafood gumbo was superb and so was the crab cake, very meaty, and seasoned to perfection!
Excellent crabcakes with a fantastic tartar sauce@
Very good crab cakes in a small cafe. Little filler was used. You place your order at the counter and pick it up when ready. Both inside and outside seating is available.
Real crab meat. I tried the traditional and shrimp and crab. Nice flavor profile. I enjoyed the shrimp and crab crab cake. Not a perfect score due to the salt level. It was way too salty for my preference. Had to eat the coleslaw to balance the salt taste.
Very nice restaurant with friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. Food was freshly prepared and brought to the table. My first crab cake since arriving in Maryland...I know that it will not be my last. Crab cake was moist and flavorful and the coleslaw was a nice compliment. Vegetable Crab Soup was packed full of veggies with just the right amount of Old Bay Spice.
Was one of the best crab cake sandwiches I'v ever had, no fillers. Also had the cream of crab soup with corn muffins and I enjoyed everything...highly recommend to any one who loves crab cakes. Will definitely go again!
Best crab cakes I've ever had! No filler just crab and seasoned perfectly. Beautiful scenery too.

The Crab cakes are just ok. It's like the taste was missing something. I'm not sure if it was a mix of real crab/imitation. It was heavily seasoned with old bay and was very messy to eat as it fell apart as soon as I started eating my sandwich. The coleslaw had an irony taste. The flies were crazy both inside and outside of the cafe. It made you want to hurry up and get out of there.
Quick stop in national harbor during a road trip and saw this place. I had to try it! First, I was a little taken aback by the price point but figured I should at least give it a try. I went for the 2 crab cake option and they did not disappoint. Filled with lump crab meat and wonderful flavor. The service is speedy, really not too long of a wait. I'd eat here again.
A place that specializes in crab cakes? Had to try it! The crab cake sandwich was delicious and no filler, so I'm sure the individual crab cakes are the same.Only thing is the price is a bit too high for what you get. I understand it's crab cakes, but feel like it should still be less. The atmosphere is also more of a quick bite restaurant instead of something fancy.Otherwise, still good food so a place that we can visit to satisfy the craving, just not somewhere to go regularly.
The crab cakes were soooo good and there was no filler (so also gluten free, yay)! I recommend the Hawaiian crab cakes with the coconut dipping sauce.. ?The dine in seating was sparse and tight, but I'd eat their crabcakes anywhere. Be prepared to pay some money, though, but the food is totally worth it! Definitely recommend Crab Cake Cafe!
They give you little crab cake with a bunch of fries for 20 bucks small cup of soup for 10 bucks plus staff was lazy
