great food great service quick food no wait... just a bit loud for a casual dinner and tables were little small for how much food we ordered
Drinks are too expensive. No happy hour, no beer. I came for dinner, not small plates. To only get four pieces of overcooked shrimp was outrageous. The beans were so small it didn’t even fit on the fork. That should have been classified as an appetizer, not dinner. You should not leave any restaurant hungry as I did. I will say that I did enjoy the guacamole, and that’s it.
We used to love this restaurant and went all the time but they recently changed their menu to be a tapas bar. The food is now extremely disappointed and you can tell by how empty the restaurant is and how defeated the wait staff appears (they even sound disappointed when explaining the menu).
We dropped by the MGM Casino complex to check out the sights and pop in on Salsa night at Diablo’s. I didn’t take pictures of the dancers to respect their privacy. We met the salsa and bachata instructor and he wasn’t shy so we got him showing his fan skills! He teaches a class every Thursday so check out!
The food at Diablo’s Cantina was tasty—well-seasoned and enjoyable. That said, the portions were VERY small for the price point. Most dishes hovered around $15+, which wouldn’t be too bad if the servings were a bit more generous. Great spot if you’re grabbing a quick bite or sharing appetizers with friends, but if you’re looking for a filling meal, you might want to plan for seconds—or somewhere else.
Great small plates for sharing! They did change the menu from what’s posted on reviews.
The service is bad, the food is not so good, and the servers have zero knowledge of the Tequilas.
me and my friend ordered the burrito bowl! Seeing all the bad reviews we were a little skeptical, but our experience was completely different! My margarita was margaritaing FASHO!!! chicken was flavorful. The Charro beans were very delicious and the chips and salsa were really good.

The only reason this place got two stars is because my spicy margarita was A1 (s/o to the bartender and the bartender only). From the moment we arrived the attitude of this establishment was off. Though we had a reservation for 6 already made, the hostess was hesitant to seat us because of the “one bill policy” which should would not have been an issue if the service was more than mid.
How on a taco Tuesday does a taco establishment IN THE MGM run out of 3-5 menu options? Either way we ordered as it was our friend’s birthday. The food tasted and presented like something you could make at home but they gave us half off (probably because they wanted to compensate for a lack luster menu)
Krista (the waitress) denied us the the split checks option because they were busy (when they really were not) but then out of the kindness of her heart chose to do it for us because (suddenly she didn’t have tables and thought it would earn her her tip) we were rushed through our meal, the birthday girl was presented a lazy dessert with no singing, no flashing lights (which are reserved for the dj only) and when provided feedback both Krista and manager became aggressive and dismissive. Proceeds to hand us a business card as if there was anything further to discuss regarding this bottoms of the barrel restaurant 😂
If it’s tacos and good vibes you want, you’re better off going to Taco Bell, Moes or even Chipotle for a better meal, experience, bang for your buck. 10/10 would NOT recommend, unless you just want a spicy marg..then drink it and go 😂

Pros: the chicken burrito bowl was really good. The fresh guac and pico de gallo were delicious! Jaleesa was a great hostess and provided excellent back-up service when we were snubbed by our actual server. The presentation/appearance of the dishes was very nice.
Cons: Horrible service. Horrible. Only 3 tables were seated at 9:30 pm so not sure why service was so bad. Beef on the fajita was very fatty and not as flavorful as the chicken dish.
Dietary restrictions: They do ask about any food allergies at the hostess stand, before even being seated.

I came in from out of town to meet some friend; first time at this restaurant. It was a Thursday night (Holloween night), which I was unaware was Latin night with live dance lessons. Apparently this is offered every Thursday night. This was being done at the entrance to the restaurant, which I thought was a bit unprofessional since it was a restaurant and not a dance studio. You had to walk through the folks participating in order to get to your table. Hostess set us up front as well and the speaker from the “dance instructor “ was so loud, it was impossible to have a conversation. We were able to move to a slightly quieter location and did enjoy the remainder of the meal. Wait staff was attentive but a bit slow. Food was good but certainly not worth the prices and the atmosphere came close to ruining an otherwise pleasant experience. Would likely not go back even if I was a local.

I came here for a party. An 18% tip was included in the bill. My bill was $244, plus $44 so $288.93 total. No problem. The server added an additional $56!!! I called the restaurant, and they never contacted me back. Watch your bill here. They are scammers.
