The food was delicious but the customer service was very distasteful. The woman who took our order was RUDE. She discriminated against a Muslim couple and asked them to leave and not eat in the restaurant because they were closing, she then let everyone else stay. Though she didn’t verbally ask anyone else other than them to leave, she then made passive aggressive comments towards all patrons while we were still seated and eating because she wanted to close and go home. If you want to get elevated this is not the place for it, unless you want to move down. Go to a dispensary instead!

Worst mid priced burger I’ve ever had. The fries were burnt and terrible. I hate I wasted a meal today. Wendy’s has a much better burger.

Summer time, 4pm on a Friday. Ran out of milkshakes. Please do better planning. Also, put up a sign so that we don't waste our time standing in line next time. Thanks.

Decided to have lunch with 6 friends at the one at National Harbor. We got there soon after opening and were the only ones there. Absolutely grotesque. Not one of us liked the food (burgers nor chicken) Would not recommend this place for the quality or the price.

For what I paid (about $40) I was expecting more. I ordered 3 fries and only got 2. The meat was very dry, and my bun was torn up like it was dropped. Also, for it to be the bacon BBQ Burger, there was almost no BBQ sauce and there was no mention of the bacon included being turkey bacon and not pork bacon. There was only one slice of cheese and there were almost no trace of onions. All in all for $40, I've had better, juicier meat, and much more for the value of those thin patties. The fries were the elevation fries, which I thought for "handcut" fries would have been much thicker.

The door was locked from the outside a patron had to let us in. Food was good but ???????

Ordered the bbq bacon cheeseburger since the pics made them look big and tasty, what I got was equivalent to a McDouble with bacon on it for 3 times the price. McDonald’s was even less greasy that this burger.

Elevation burger did not live up to my expectations at all. I ordered the impossible burger with fries and a chocolate milkshake. The burger had little if any seasoning on it and the fries were soggy and tasteless. They give you a good amount of fries but I wished they had some seasoning on it. My milkshake was decent but thin and watery. They don't have combos so you end up spending 40$ for 2 meals. Overall the quality of the food is not worth the outrageous prices that they charge. I would not try this place again and would recommend going to Shake Shack or Jonny Rockets instead.

This place has changed for the worse. So sad. Didn't taste fresh. Patties seem to be pre-made more. I thought I was getting regular bacon....bites into turkey bacon ? why would you do that to me. Only reason for 2 stars is this milkshake and the fries. But I really wanted that burger guys

When looking at the menu, I was happy they had a variety of options. During the visit I ordered the BBQ Bacon Cheddar. Sadly, this was one of the most bland burgers I have ever had. The fries were okay but nothing special. If I had to choose between here and McDonald's, I'd go to McDonald's which is a painful alternative. How can a burger cooked on a grill have almost no taste after adding BBQ sauce and cheddar.Since we are still on covid times, other things still have taste. I opened a pack of Doritos and the nacho cheese hit the spot.

Definitely not worth the money.Had the mushroom swiss and this was bland as bland can be. I could not finish it.The fries had the most flavor, and were quite frankly the best thing I ate.

It was good but not great. They don't stack the burgers high anymore they just have regular hamburgers

Decent burgers but not worth the hype. They don't season their burgers and is a little dry. Grass fed meat doesn't make up for it.

Burger was decent. Fries were good. Onion rings were average.

I was there last week twice with my kids (Tuesday and Wednesday) and they were sad because they ordered shakes from the menu and your employee told us that “we do not have shakes at this moment, comeback tomorrow. We came back and same history”
