I went to check if all the bad reviews were true about paying to get in and needing to use the rest room. I didn't pay to get in I went to the side entrance and spoke to the dude at that door and asked if if what I read was true and he confirmed that, there is no rest room in the spot and you will have to pay to get back in. This is BS, why this place don't use a stamp, wrist band or some king of proof that you were already in so that a person can use the rest room and get back in without paying. I go to a VFW there is no cover charge but I get a wrist band so that if I need to go to my car or get to hot because they do popping in there, I can get back in. This place is inside a name brand casino and they don't?? And yeah there's a line to get it. Ladies I don't settle for less then and won't allow anyone to mistreat me, this place can't accommodate my needs, I will not take or, but I saw a lot of women in there and in line and I 100% sure they know that they have to repay to get back in. This generation of women are press have some dignity use social media to protest this miss use and greed or just be dumb. You have to pay to pee!!!
DJ did his thang...Chicago in the building
Felt lounge is really going downhill. It used to be a nice upscale lounge for the adult mature crowd. Now the DJ is horrible catering to the younger generation. You have to go early to avoid being there with a younger rower population. The bartenders are still phenomenal, which is why I give a two. But they definitely get points deducted because of the music and vibe forget about the dress code. You can see anything walking in the door we showed up to celebrate a graduation and there with those that look like they were coming from a strip club. I think the establishment is struggling financially and will let anything in the door. We will not be returning. In search of a new mature lounge.
FELT @MGM in the harbor is trash , picking and choosing who can get in . You talking about judging a book by its cover literally but because they got a table is makes it alright for them to get in . With everything that’s against dress code on!! Your security said we pick and choose who they want to let in against dress code !! Crazy work
Nice laid back atmosphere. Brought a section for the night, just wished it was a little bigger
After spending $400 and buying a bunch of liquor and sitting in VIP we couldn't even come through the different entrance to go to the bathroom this is a travesty and a mistake what am I paying $400 for if I have to wait in line to get back inside the service and the staff is terrible I had to wait 45 minutes for a hookah and then a bunch of dudes took our VIP section and then staff just gave it to us and took our chairs from us I will never come back here it's the worst place in Maryland.
I arrived at Felts before they started to charge at the door. Once you are in, you cannot leave out to go to the restroom, which ridiculous. So in order for me to go to the restroom after having drinks at the lounge I have to pay $10 to get back in to my seat. This is a stupid rule that they need to revoke.
I believe it to be distasteful to not allow , players , visitors acceptance into a club inside of a entertainment casino getting turn away for having a weather friendly hoodie on that cost a high value amount is ridiculous.
Who is wearing suits to go to a casino to potentially be robbed in a since , the club use to let you come in how ever.
Your limiting the customer experiences, of course there’s other clubs to go to .
Safety is a concern but how safe are you if you look like a million bucks in a casino.

Ladies and gentlemen. Please be aware that if you arrive at Felt’s before they charge, which is before 9PM spend money have an open Tab for drinks, if you have to use the bathrooms you will have to pay whatever the coverage charge is upon your return. You can’t leave to use the bathroom. Only the patrons like I’d thought I was who paid to get in are allowed to use the restrooms. What kind of FRACKLE NACKLE BS IS THIS? Felt’s is saying spend money buying drinks but you can’t relieve yourself from the drinks you buy there. DON’T GO THERE EARLY TO AVOID PAYING THE COVERAGE CHARGE OF $20.00, BUT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THOSE EXPENSIVE DRINKS WHILE YOUR IN THERE BEFORE THEY CHARGE YOU AND YET YOU CAN’T Use the Bathrooms, unless you paid to get in. AVOID, ABORT, DETOUR.

Terrible service. Staff made a mistake and refused to apologize or compensate us. Opened 5 minutes late. They had an open bar for an hour which ended in 30 minutes because they "ran out of supplies". Even if they did run out of supplies, they knew they were having an open bar and that people would order a lot. They should've ordered supplies accordingly. Lots of seating area but only if you want to pay to reserve it. Otherwise, there is very few places to sit considering the amount of people that were in there. The dance floor is small. The drinks are pretty good though and the DJ was solid.

Felt provided a great atmosphere for our private work event. The venue itself has a lot of character and the staff was accommodating. While the patio area was a bit cramped for our group size and the proximity to the smoking area was less than ideal, the overall experience was positive. We had a fun time and enjoyed the good vibes.

Stepping into FELT Bar & Lounge at MGM National Harbor felt like a refreshing blend of energy and sophistication. My friends and I had planned this as the big finale for our weekend staycation, and it delivered in a way that struck the perfect balance between lively and laid-back. Walking through the casino to get there, I felt like I was in Vegas again—slot machines blinking everywhere, people buzzing with excitement. But once we reached FELT, the vibe shifted to something a bit more exclusive, more refined.
We arrived early, around 7 PM, and at first, it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It was almost like a private VIP experience before the crowd started rolling in. By 9 PM, the music was popping, and the bar area was filling up, bringing a real energy to the night. I loved the fact that there wasn’t too much pressure on the dress code—come as you are and just vibe. It was a nice change from the overly strict places that sometimes kill the fun before it starts.
FELT's patio is a must-visit, especially with the outdoor bar and the option to do hookah. Yes, the seating is RSVP only, which might be a downside for some, but for me, it’s worth it. Especially if you’re with a group, booking a table just elevates the experience. The inside tables start at $750, while outside on the patio, you're looking at $1,500. For me, paying for a table was a no-brainer. We had space to lounge, relax, and enjoy our drinks without constantly shuffling for space at the bar.
The crowd? Definitely a more mature, sophisticated bunch, which I appreciated. There’s no sense of chaos, just people looking to have a great time. The music was on point, the DJ keeping the energy just right—enough to keep us moving but chill enough for conversation. And the best part? If the lounge vibe isn’t enough, you're literally steps away from the casino, ready to throw a few dollars into a slot machine for fun.
After such a high-energy night, if you're like me and want to wind down the right way, Pull Up DC has you covered. Their Animal Crackers strain is perfect for capping off an evening, helping you relax and savor the lingering vibes from your night out.
All in all, FELT delivered a memorable night. Whether it’s for a birthday bash or just an evening out, it’s got something for everyone—a perfect mix of lounge vibes and upbeat energy. I’m already planning my next trip, but next time, I’ll make sure to reserve that outdoor table and settle in for the full FELT experience.

We’ve been going to this place for a while. We go as a group. They always treat us well. The people are great and the atmosphere is welcoming. The people are great, but there are some iffy workers. That’s the only reason it gets a 4/5. We recommend it.
Parking: Large parking garage connect to casino.

Free before 10pm. Good songs choices. Unreasonably high priced drinks. It’s definitely not “classy” if that’s what you’re expecting lol.
