⭐ One Star – Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service
I stood at the mobile pickup counter for nearly ten minutes without a single acknowledgment. Several employees repeatedly shouted order numbers, yet not one could take a second to greet me or check if I’d been helped. I finally had to interrupt someone just to be noticed — only to watch as a woman of Hispanic descent behind me was immediately acknowledged while I continued to be ignored.
It was belittling, frustrating, and completely unnecessary. The lack of urgency, respect, and basic customer service was unacceptable. If this is how Five Guys treats paying customers who follow instructions, management seriously needs to review and retrain their staff. Absolutely disappointing experience.

It's expensive but I went there because they fill your bag up with they're delicious fries and have all the peanuts you want. The food was good not worth the money I paid. Could have bought enough ground beef with buns and all the condiments to make hamburgers for the entire week. And they DONT fill the bag anymore with fries and the peanuts ate behind the counter now they give you a small amount if you buy something! I won't be going back to 5 guys anymore. Lots of fries and peanuts were the hook that made me always want to go there but now it's gone

As soon as I finished ordering my food, my phone died and I didn’t have any other way to pay. The entire staff went above and b gone to help me! They charged my phone for me and while they were doing that, they cooked my food and gave it to me to eat while I waited for my phone to charge. Thank you all for you astounding customer service, it is greatly appreciated-Paola, Cynthia, Jazmin and Aviel.

My bun was stale, which made the burger taste bad. The staff and service was good. Restaurant was clean.
I order 3 burger they all was wrong and they put difference stuff on my burger and I didn't ask doe no mushrooms and they put that on my burger I'm allergic to mushroom so I waste $43 they don't need to rush and listen to the customer's SMH if I ate that burger I would have been in the hospital

My family loves this place so much and I hate the food it so disgusting I would eat a raw chicken nugget from McDonald’s NEVER GO HERE this food is YUCK! I hate this I would never go here my sister loves both Chick-fil-A and five guys so yeah NEVER EAT HERE! I would never recommend any food from here.
