I visited your restaurant yesterday (10.26.2025) for the all-you-can-eat dining experience and enjoyed my meal overall. However, as I was leaving, one of your servers confronted me and said, “You didn’t leave me a tip?” When I asked if tipping was required, she told me it was “for them because they clean the tables.”
I later asked one of your managers, who confirmed that tipping is optional. I found the way the staff member approached me to be very rude and unprofessional. It made me feel uncomfortable and pressured, which really left a bad impression after what was otherwise a good visit.
I wanted to bring this to your attention so you can address it with your team and ensure guests don’t feel obligated or shamed for not leaving a tip.
I really like the food here and I want to keep coming and recommending people here! So please fix this! Talk to your staffs!

I Loved their crabs you could eat all you could eat that's all I ate my husband ate the Chinese food and their sweet rolls he said the chicken wasn't alway cooked and the fish was hard othervthan that it was great

The variety was great, places was very clean and they offered plastic utensils. Server was very attentive and checked in with me often. Not very loud even with it being crowded. I highly recommend this Grill. Kid friendly!! Egg drop soup was Awesome too!😜

Used to be very good maybe before covid as someone else said. Bathrooms are nasty now. Sushi is not fresh and only 3 or so options and they keep it on ice which we know ruins the flavor. My thing: if they keep restrooms like this where customers can see, what's the kitchen like? Also food options are dwindling.

Meatloaf was ok. Not the texture of beef it was too soft. Had to wait over 20 min. Mixed vegetables were good but too much oil. Mac and cheese was good. Strawberry shortcake was good.

The food here sucks. I just to like it here but now I don't.
Normally this is a really solid buffet. This most recent trip was much to be desired. Several items from the seafood and the chicken lines were severely overcooked. Making it rubbery with an almost burnt in flavor.

This was my first time and very last time ever going to this establishment. The food was not good at all and they have flies flying around the food. I tried a few different foods and none of it was good enough to make me stay. I ended up going to five guys. They even had the nerve to have a sign saying to not waste their food if so you may be charged extra, the audacity and the don’t give refunds. Highly disappointed
