We called in a order 8in fish sandwich with tarter sauce and tomatoes the sandwich was VERY DRY my husband said there's no tarter sauce or tomatoes. I called the restaurant to inquire a lady got on the line and said I made the sandwich myself, I said ma'am there's no tomatoes on here as you could see in the light looks like mayo was spread on and the hot fish melted it. I said I can take pics and show you she said take pics I don't care I said I don't think we'll order from there again and SHE HUNG UP ON ME, like my business doesn't matter Do you see any tomatoes??? Terrible customer service
The person who took the order was very nice and the delivery driver was nice, but the lady was nasty and condescending

I won’t even try this place. I called and asked if they could give me an idea of their pizza specials since it was a busy Friday afternoon. The man kept telling me to go online even though I’m a new customer trying to patronize their establishment. I wasn’t asking him to recite the menu but at least tell me a popular weekend combo. He refused and I refused to spend my hard earned $$$ there. It was the can’t be bothered attitude for me. Too bad cuz we would’ve been regulars if the food was good.

Every time I call here, the person who takes the orders are nice. They always ask for the door number in the address. The delivery drivers are lazy. They call when they’re outside and don’t even attempt to come to the door. Like why ask for the door number if you’re staying outside? The food is good but tonight, the quesadillas are missing meat on the insane

This used to be an amazing go-to spot. However, recently their customer service and food quality has gone downhill faster than an a Acela. Don’t order off of one of the delivery apps.They do not read the order instructions and will then call you and argue with you if you reach out to the delivery company regarding any issues.My recent order specifically indicated “Hand to hand service” which meant I do not request “contact-less”. I added, “Please ring the doorbell and do not leave my food on the ground.”I was sitting in my living room and my Ring went off. I went to the front door by the time I got to the door which was in less than 45 seconds, my food was on the ground and the driver was walking across my lawn to their vehicle. I have the Ring video to show the timing and issue.I then contacted the delivery company and requested that my already paid tip be removed. Within 5 mins, I received a call from an employee at the the restaurant (not an owner or manager) saying, “Why did you request an adjust? Don’t order from any ever again.” I have record of timing of that call as well.When I called back to speak to a manager, I was yelled at and hung up on. So, trust it was no big deal for me as there’s TONS of great food options in our area. This was just one whole in the wall that was convenient and cheap. But after this, we laughed threw the food away and ordered from another place.Beware. People are really not taking quality service to heart.Wish them the best. I can get a sub and onion rings from anywhere.

Best Pizza EVER! I DONT GET TO VISIT THEM OFTEN BUT IT HANDS DOWN THE BEST!! Can't figure out if it's the real stringy cheese or the sauce...a gem of Oxon Hill. Oh and the 1 star for atmosphere is because it's take out..not because it's bad.
