The staff and service were excellent, but the establishment was very unsanitary, something was found floating in the drink, I tried to persuade everyone at the table it was OK.. Then as we continued on, I overheard the little girl next to me find hair in her hashbrowns.

May 1 - afternoon time.
Two hostess serving as servers for tables. I sat down with my guest, ordered hot tea, and the chicken strips meal. My guest ordered pancake meal.
My hot tea cup came dirty with coffee stains. My chicken strips meal was shrimp & fries. Uhhh, I didn't order that because I'm allergic. Where the hell she get that from? Returned with my order but I smelled shrimp. The cooks/kitchen used the same plate which sent me in panic mode. Why would they cross contaminate the plate and meal like that. I told the girl to take it back or she will be calling 911 if I die. Unbelievable!!
My guest waited over 30 mins for 2 damn pancakes. She kept saying, they making them. Uhh, its IHOP...the pancakes should be flying out the kitchen. The restaurant had 4 tables being served. Why would 2 small pancakes take that long? Unbelievable!!
I spent $20 plus tip. If IHOP owner or management is reading this, I would like a refund. My service and experience was HORRIBLE! If customers aren't eating breakfast in the am, I do not recommend this place at all. Matter of fact, just close after breakfast cuz it sucks!

I am not impressed. Overcharged me, and when I tried to explain, the waitress tried to justify the charge. The food was ok, but 50% of the time I eat here, I get ill. It will suffice, but I wish the company would pay closer attention to the numbers.
