A person really has to be dissatisfied or extremely satisfied to take their time and write a review.... This review is coming from a manager of a restaurant itself...... Immediately upon walking in the guy older gray hair heavy set was extremely rude. Very standoffish and it was not welcoming. Walk us over to a table didn't say anything. Came back and said what are we drinking. This is not acceptable not customer service either. I don't have to spend my money that I've worked extremely hard for on service that is not up to par with the work I put in to earn it. Please do better this was horrible I took my family and I left. I'm not sure if he thought since we were African-American with one Hispanic girl that we weren't tippers, but again I am a manager of a restaurant. Been in the industry for over 20 years. He would be fired on my shift.

On Tuesday the 12th about 10:36 we went in to this IHOP location a few mts after waiting at the door a young lady came to us and say that she was off the clock and we would have to wait for the next server who clocks in at 11 pm sadly we left i call that poor customer service.

I visited IHOP last night and ordered pancakes with a side of fries. The pancakes were good—fluffy and satisfying, just what you expect from IHOP. Our server was nice and polite, but unfortunately he didn’t come back to check on us, which affected the overall experience. Additionally, the seating looked worn and could use replacing, and the location overall could benefit from a refresher. The food was enjoyable, but improved attentiveness and updated seating would make a big difference.

Came to IHOP today with my mom. The customer service that we received from Charles was wonderful. Very polite,and gave service with a smile. Came back to check on us so many times to make sure that everything is okay, Even though Ihop was crowded. He still prioritized every customer as it would only customer he had.

We were out shopping and decided to stop for a bite to eat. There was Ihop, really convenient from where we were shopping. We entered and were seated quickly. Our server Mike greeted us and asked if we wanted anything to drink before ordering. We decided to place our order at that time and the food came out fairly quickly. It was great. Thanks Mike for making dining at the Ihop a great experience, from beginning to departure.

Ordered and paid for an $14.00 order online at 1015. Food was supposed to be ready by 10:45. I arrived at 11 to an overcrowded and unorganized lobby and waited until 11:11 to receive my food.
*Updated Visit on 11/29* Ordered a $40 order online again- picked up order without an issue, but missing $6.00 worth of food in bag. Called the store to request a refund, but the phone is literally off of the hook. Probably should’ve checked my bag before I left, but I don’t work there… and I really shouldn’t have to do that. Had to end up driving back to get a refund after I ate my food so it wouldn’t get cold. I think this is my last time coming here.
