Came in today to No Service because Johnny Rockets ONLY has bacon, cheese and fries to serve. I couldn't even get a shake!!! Not Good!

UNBELIEVABLE!!! This restaurant has gone down hill since the new owner. I frequently come here and have been going for years now since we moved to Fort Washington. We enjoy their burgers, the staff is so nice and attentive and I chat with them often, and the music is always amazing. I went in today at 6 PM to find out they’re CLOSED because they’re out of TEN MENU ITEMS ?!!! Especially the beef patties!!! Unbelievable! I’ve come in a few times before when this has happened (NO SODAS, ONION RINGS, NO BUNS, AND MORE!!!) and opted to have the chicken or another replacement item instead but this is just ridiculous!!!I truly pity the staff, they don’t deserve this as well seeing their disappointed faces. Something has to changed !!!!!!!

Happened upon this location, our local Johnny Rockets closed years ago. We absolutely enjoyed the entire experience. Great burgers, smooth shakes, and a classic atmosphere. It still has the charm and grear flavors I remember from my younger years. Next time we are near Tanger outlet we will be sure to drop in!

I visited this place first time and I had the best strawberry & banana shake here. Stephany took care of me whole time and by her service and attitude, I felt welcomed and comfortable enjoying the atmosphere as well as the food. I visit Tanger outlet regularly and Johnny Rockets will be a part of it forward looking.

3.5 stars actually, the staff is friendly and you can get the food very fast. However, the food quality is pretty average, here’s no reason the food have that price. If you go shopping at Outlets, you can come here to take a break, but it’s definitely not deserve to drive here.

Had better experiences in the past.
If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. The service here was unacceptable. The service I received was very disappointing. We wait over 45 minutes to be seated while others who came after us were seated ahead of us. I then waited extra time to get my order taken. After that it took over a hour to receive my food and drinks but was then served the wrong order in its entirety. If you are a person of color I suggest you go elsewhere. You will not be welcomed. You are overlooked. Terrible customer service, unprofessional staff. I suggest you take your business elsewhere. Don’t go to this establishment!!!!
