I went to KFC today to try the Honey BBQ wings and the wedges, but I was very disappointed. The wings were supposed to be tossed in sauce, but they weren’t. Instead, the person at the window just threw a bunch of sauce packets in the bag, which I didn’t even need. When I asked for a courtesy cup of water, I was told no—even though I had purchased a meal with a drink. On top of that, the employee had an attitude, didn’t give me my receipt, and the quality of the wings was poor (very small in size). I came excited to try the wedges since they were brought back, but I left very disappointed.

First time eating KFC since 2002 and this is how you treat me? I just ordered a BOGO meal from Uber Eats. I only received one and zero drinks. I blame both the restaurant and the driver. That's what I get for ordering from low income areas. The service is always bad, they could care less and can't even follow simple directions! I order the most simplest of items with no modifications and STILL can't get right! Never again.

I love the 5 dollar 2peice crispy or original with a mashed potato and biscuit. It's always made to order, Hot and fresh every time I go. Amd it's often because I would rather have this then McDonald's, Wendy's. Etc..

I order a 4 piece tender meal with fries and 2 chicken pot pies I received a 4 pc dinner and the biscuit was burned and the pot pie had fries pieces of chicken in it I called the location no one answered and I didn't receive my reciept

The Female Manager Was Very Unprofessional! I simply asked her if she could honor a mistake that happened and she was very rude and unprofessional! Whilst in my opinion, any other manager from any other business would’ve been courteous as the mistake was very simple and minor and the Customers should be treated a certain way in such instances right? Furthermore, to add insult to injury, they did not put all of my food items in my bag so instead of me going back-and-forth with this manager, I said that I would just write it on a review to let people know that the manager not the employees but the manager there is very unprofessional. We allow the foreigners to work in our communities and take our money yet their businesses are funny!

Just left from this location and ordered the 25.99 feast, which comes with xhickeb, renders, 2 large sides and those cherry poppers. Frist off I never got the gravy for my mash and didn't get the cherry poppers. Sorry location, if the man with the glasses wasn't starring so hard he may have gotten my order right. Never again

I asked why and the girl claimed they’re busy inside, then the little short round teletubby shaped lady gave me the wrong order, I said after 27 minutes I can’t even get my food right and he lil round self was trying to be smart.

I stopped at KFC today it’s been awhile and to my surprise the chicken pot pie was 2 for 10, something that made be glad ended up a big disappointment, it taste different, I don’t know what it is/what they did but it’s nasty, maybe the meat hard to say but it’s not the same, good riddance KFC🤮.

Great job to this KFC. I was so satisfied with their services both in the dine in and on drive thru. The chicken was hot, dine in was so clean, customer service was on point and when I used drive through days after I was surprised at their speed. A staff by name JEAN is super friendly and knowledgeable about his job. A personal 5 star ✨ for him. Oxon hill KFC I will keep coming back, keep it up.
