This KFC has been having issues for what seems like forever. It's usual problem is that they don't ever seem to have some food items available (for example, no dark meat for a 3-piece dinner). They were dealing with not having very manu customers so they didn't stay open (or prepare as much food). We tend to get to that location mostly between 9pm-10:30pm.Our last visit (a couple of days ago) we waited almost a half hour to get our food through the drive-thru. The associate asked us to drive forward and wait like we had a special order right after we gave our order and paid for it. Mind you, there was no long line of cars in front of us and only 5 cars or so came after us. After about 15-20 minutes and the 5 cars, I backed up to the window and waited there so they wouldn't keep forgetting us. We found out they had mistakenly given our order to someone else, apparently one of the 5 cars behind us.The wait bothered me immensely, but more importantly, the fact that the manager NEVER said anything to us EXCEPT when she (I assume that young lady was the manager) gave us our food. The whole experience left a very sour taste in my mouth. I love KFC and would love to see this location get itself straightened out but they are making getting chicken at night a choice we no longer have.

The Brisk tea didn't taste like Brisk tea, and it made me sick to my stomach. It tasted stale. The fried chicken was very salty, and it was so greasy I could've fried another piece of chicken using the one I was eating.

This is literally the worst fried chicken I have ever seen in my life. It is soggy and gamey at the same time. It isn't even marginally fresh. I took one bite and just gave it back and walked out.

Definitely closes at 10 pm. I waited in he drive thru for a minute for them to tell me they are all sold out. Out of what, I don’t know… that’s what they said once I got to the order area. It was very frustrating.

I ordered a 3 piece big box white meat. The young lady said they only had dark meat. (This is KFC and only have dark meat?) She didn't offer an alternative. It looks she just threw my food in the bag, box was tuned upside down and she was rude! I blame KFC because they hire these people with no customer experience. The chicken was not seasoned at all! Did not taste like KFC! This KFC needs to be SHUT DOWN! I was a paying customer! Will not spend my money here anymore!!
