Disgusting. It's a shame I cannot give a zero star impaired nothing will ever get done beard we all know that they will just be a reply I apologizing for the service and the disgusting food and the disgusting atmosphere impaired shame on you

I placed an online order which was scheduled for an 11:30 a.m. pick up. I arrived at the store at 11:10 a.m. and the door was locked. Another young man was also waiting and ended up going next door to Jersey Mike's. We were both confused because the signage on the door clearly stated that the hours are 11am - 10pm today. I got in the car and called the store, it rang and rang and rang, no answer. I called again, and this time I saw someone else who appeared to be an employee peeking in the window as well. Someone came from the kitchen and opened the door for her. So I got out of my car (phone still ringing) and knocked on the door several times. No one ever came to the door, but instead I watched the employee finally answer the phone. She informed me that they did not open until 12 and that my order would not be ready for an hour and a half. I asked her why no one called me the day before to tell me this, as I submitted my order at 2:09 pm and the store closes at 10pm. She said that no one received my order the day before. I asked if there was a reason they decided to open at noon instead of at 11am as listed, and she said it was because it was cold outside, not snowing or even an anticipation of snow, but just too cold. Seriously though, not even a sign on the door? I had 50 hungry people waiting for lunch that was scheduled for noon, and had to leave the restaurant and return at a much later time to pick up the order. Very unacceptable.

Great service. Jennifer was great with the service. And the pizza was right on the point .thank you guys , I m will back soon for more pizza and wings so good 👍

I just visited Ledo Pizza and I must say that it was an amazing experience. The pizza was fast, delicious, and very reasonably priced. I ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza, and it was cooked perfectly. The crust was crispy and flavorful, and the cheese was melted and creamy. The pepperoni was cooked to perfection and tasted rich and delicious. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a smile and asked how they could help me. They helped me pick out my order and made sure everything was correct before it came out. I was really impressed with how friendly, attentive, and fast I was. I was surprised that despite being a fast food restaurant, the service was so personalized and friendly.

The pizza is Amazing, the staff is Totally Awesome and the overall customer service was excellent . I highly recommend Ledo's as I do pizza bolis as well. The food is superb.

The customer service was so bad that I almost wanted my money back. Something that should’ve been 15 min turned into 40 minutes of waiting. They did not call my name for the order that they asked for for that purpose. Then my one of my pizza’s was made wrong. That was on them not us . But the manner it was handled was not nice customer service. Then they charge you for garlic sauce as if it is not in all the other pizza boxes when ordering. Will not becoming back here . No customer is always right . But when it’s on you you should handle it better.

Meatball sub add green peppers, onions and black olives. In all my years I have never had a meatball sub without marinara sauce on the meatballs. I should have known something was off when the young worker was sweeping the dirt under the chairs ( not removing the dirt from under the chairs but adding to the dirt under the chairs). Do with this what you will.

This is my first time dining in at Ledo Pizza. The ladies are so nice and recommended me the Chicken Alfredo, it was sooo delicious. I will be coming back here more often 😇👍👍

This place is a joke.
I made a large order and one the item was a TURKEY harvest salad. And they forgot to put the turkey. I called them back I request a refund because I’m not going back and forth to get this fix I just want a refund. They say I had to bring the salad back for a refund. I have bring the salad back for a new one ridiculous. Supposedly I spoke with the manager and she couldn’t check the order before giving it to me. if you order make sure to double check your order because they don’t do it.

I ordered a large mushroom and sausage pizza. For the price I paid, my pizza had majority mushrooms hardly any sausage. I will not be returning.

One of the least great ledos I’ve been to. Pizza was not up to ledos high standards. I was very disappointed. Not nearly enough sauce on my pizza and over cooked. Customer service when placing an order was nice.

If I Had Actually Gotten My Food I Would Be Able To Review It....After Waiting For Over 30 Mins & Watching People Who Ordered After Me Get Their Food, Only After I Asked Twice Was I Told My Order Was Missing/Messed Up & Needed To Be Made Over...UNACCEPTABLE

Expect hair in your food. It’s safe to assume they arent following health protocols. It often smells weird (like old mop water or sewage) and customer service from the younger staff needs major improvement. It’s unfortunate because the pizza is really good.
