We arrived early and sat at the bar. The staff was loud and inattentive. We enjoyed our meals - filet and shrimp was delicious! Our waitress did a good job - she was just very busy! Wouldn't go for a special occasion as the ambiance is a bit chaotic.
For $660, I was very disappointed with my food. My son's appetizer was better than my meal. The servers were good but again for the money I spent, I was not impressed and embarrassed that my son will remember his 18th birthday with mediocre food for a high price. The staff was wonderful I must say. Very attentive but my mom was not aware that her sides would cost extra to change them. She would have gotten a salad had she known. I went for the experience for my son. Won't be returning ever. The food is significantly overpriced.
Very good food and service. We had Crystal as out server and she brought energy, happiness and passion to providing a great experience for our group. There was a mix up in the kitchen and our skillet cookie dessert was given to another table so we had to wait extra. She noticed and told the manager, the manager came by apologized and even comp the delicious cookie desert from our bill. More than the food, it was a 10/10 service. Would definitely be back.

Food was great but they were overwhelmed. 20 min before we seen anyone and then drinks came out after meals. Food was good. However. Just wish it would've been a better experience for the price paid.

Alex was our server and she was amazing! Super attentive and friendly while providing great recommendations. We waited over an hour to get our food which was no fault of hers but it really did prolong the night. Luckily my guest was a great conversationalist

Our wait staff was pleasant, professional and did a good job. As for service by the kitchen fair: my husband was served his entree while I was still eating my salad; my entree was eventually provided by our wait staff. The food was warm, not hot as it should have been. Obviously the kitchen and management were lacking and needs to improve. We WILL NOT dine at this again.

We enjoyed the National Harbor outdoor patio option and the bacon wrapped shrimp appetizers were good. I highly dislike leaving negative reviews but that was the only positive. We couldn't get water refills, a straw. When our server brought out our drinks they had been sitting so long the ice was melted, several were wrong a few never showed up. Food was over cooked and also had been sitting prior to it getting to our table, the gravy had a thick skin on top from cooling off. One person in our party was handed a menu after the rest of us had our food and was told they didn't have his, he would need to order something different, this was about 75+ mins into our experience. For the price, I would not recommend. This wouldn't be completely unexpected at a lower price restaurant but for what we were paying, it's unacceptable.

Was my first time. Great location. The food was great even though it took way longer than we anticipated. That said, our waiter took care of us and the manager did as well. Had their pork chop and it was good. Will recommend. Also will try a location closer to me.

When I lived in Baltimore in the early 90's I ate at McCormick and Schmick's numerous times. It was also fabulous. So when I was looking for a halfway point to meet an old friend for lunch we settle on this location. I live Maryland crabcaks and never order crabcakes in a restaurant unless I'm in Maryland. The crabcake was one of the worst I've ever eaten. The crab tasted more like canned crab. The menu said lump cake meet but this was definitely back fin meat. The texture was almost gooey. Very disappointing. The service was great! Very attentive and welcoming.
Our server was very attentive and kind. She demonstrated the highest levels of customer service and was knowledgeable and helpful with the menu and Cocktail options. We enjoyed our experience and we really enjoyed our server.

Got here at 6:30 for a 6:45 Reservation the host was rude saying we will seat you when possible. He said he couldn't text we had to keep checking back. If you have a Reservation you should get first dibs. We are just getting seated but asked to be seated outside. Yesterday we came for Happy Hour just to be charged full price for everything we ordered. It took 1/2 hour to get it straightened out.

Party of 7, client dinner, service outside, friendly staff, and that's the positive. I am unsure where the breakdown was but drink order took a long time to be brought to the table, not all the drinks were as ordered, bread service did not happen until after the entrees arrived, appetizers and entrees were ordered at the same time with understanding they would arrive separately, they did not and the dinner order was in complete. One guest wasn't notified their order wasn't possible until after another all other guests were served. Overall, dinner was a mess, and I will not be bringing clients to this location again.

Wine list was limited, but had some good options. Bread service was extremely slow. Music volume and crowd noise made it difficult to talk across the table.
