One of the worst experiences trying to get fast food. Fast it wasn't. Waited in the drive thru and then got to the teller. There was no answer. I said hello 10 times and quit the drive thru thinking it wasn't working. So parked and entered the store. I wanted to speak to the manager. I waited 5 minutes before a crew member acknowledged me. I was the only person standing in front of the cash register. What made it worse was thr pledge for 100% customer satisfaction. I was not satisfied. Corporate should ask for the sign back. Very frustrating.

Drive thru attendant was super friendly. I ordered ahead online and she was so cheerful it made my day. She said her name but I didn't catch it, I wish I could give her a special shout out. My order was hot and fresh, it did take some time for the car ahead of me to receive their order but I don't know what they got so I cannot judge that.

The fries old and salty like double kill salty. The burger was sloppy and packed with mayonnaise. Ingredients were old and sweet tea is unsweetened thanks alot McDonald’
So far I've been here twice and it has been a great experience. It's clean and the staff are so nice. I make it a point to come this McDonalds when I can rather go in DC or Alexandria. Keep up the good work!

Love that sausage and egg McMuffin s are only $2.79. The only McDonald's I've ever been to where sausage and egg McMuffins are cheaper than just a sausage McMuffin. And the employees are all really polite and customer service is top notch.

Plenty of employees standing around, but you still have to use the kiosk then go to the cashier and pay. I don't work for McDonald's. I left and went next door to subway where they had a PERSON that would take your order.

Since I arrived at McDonald's everyone was talking and when they never served me they gave me the wrong answer and when I went to complain to them they made fun of them and the food was all burnt those workers don't deserve to work they just spend time playing instead of serving customers the bathrooms are Dirty and the tables are not cleaned, it is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, I hope they throw them all out
