I ordered breakfast before 10:25 am via the app was in the drive in by 1028, thru took tjr order for the cat next to me first even though I was there before that car was abd my line was next, the said at literally 10:30 they couldn’t process my order bc it was after 10:30. The manager Jennifer was rude and now I’ll take glee at the thought of McDonalds loosing money. This location is another example of poor service in this part of Maryland

We ordered off of uber eats at around 9-10 pm at night, we ordered 4 large fries only one large fry came in and one small one. Not even what we ordered, i ordered a double cheeseburger large combo meal and they gave us regular. We paid basically 50 dollars for this whole entire meal, this was not worth it i genuinely am very upset and disappointed with this mcdonald’s. We were looking forward to good food and we got pure disappointment

I entered the McDonald's today was about to order so I wanted to wash my hands and use the bathroom first Spanish employee name of Gladys which is a woman and I am a male she came into the male bathroom and told me to hurry up and get out screaming and yelling I want you to the manager she didn't do nothing about it so whoever sees his review I will be taking further actions how about you just wanted the worst McDonald's in Oxon Hill Maryland

Got 2 happy meals. For both meals the fries were old. Taste and texture was bad. I really dont get, why dont make them fresh...?is not that hard.
The location was clean and well kept, the employees were nice and pleasant.

They are very slow no matter how many times I come to this one. I went to drive thru and they asked me to park in mobile order spot and they kept coming to my window asking me what did I order. I had to wait 15 minutes for my food along with everybody else that was waiting for their food.

Do not go to this McDonalds unless you like being overcharged. This particular one charges more than any other McDonalds in the area! I order a breakfast sandwich that’s usually $5 is $7 here!! For $7 I can get a meal at another McDonalds. I can’t believe corporate is allowing this.
