Went there last weekend. AC was down, bathrooms were closed. Got 2 lamb gyros as it was supposed to be non spicy. It turned out that it was very spicy and we both couldn't eat it. We brought it to the staff's attention and they said they can't do anything and won't reimburse. Staff were not friendly. Can't believe what's indicated on the menu whether it's spicy or not. My daughter and I ended up with upset tummies for days after eating here. won't return here.

I visited the Mezeh location at National Harbor and was completely let down. They were out of pita bread, pita chips, tzatziki, and most of the hummus—which are core staples of their menu. It’s hard to enjoy a Mediterranean bowl when half the essentials are missing.
To make matters worse, the bathrooms were out of service, adding another layer of inconvenience. Staff gave no apology or explanation, and the vibe felt disorganized and indifferent.
At a high-traffic location like National Harbor, you’d expect better preparation, especially during meal hours. Instead, it felt like the restaurant was running on fumes.

Food very solid. I had the classic bowl which had the perfect amount of spice and was super filling for the price. Service was so so. Employees just ignored me for first 5 minutes without acknowledgement. Son made a make your own bowl and didn't inform about upcharge for steak in it. Atmosphere terrible - no ac or bathroom and super cramped. We took food to go but it wasn't packaged with lids on tightly and a bunch spilled out.
Would I try again, definitely based on the food. That said obviously needs better management based on facilities and staff.

If I could, I would give it a zero. It is unacceptable to be so busy and have the toilets not working. After receiving service from grumpy employees and not even being able to wash your hands, it doesn't really matter whether the food is good or not.

The staff is not friendly. When they were making my wrap, there was a bugcockroach in my food. I told the lady making my wrap, and she seemed to think it wasn't a big deal. Trashed the wrap and with an attitude asked if I wanted a wrap or not. No wonder why the place was empty when I walked in.

Pretty tasty solid place with great choices of food you like. I would recommend a chicken chicken bowl, with a good balance of ingredients and protein.

I try to eat vegetarian and this restaurant provides great options. Their falafel is very tasty and all the different options for topics and hummus taste all very good. The only bummer was that the AC wasn’t working or not set to a comfortable temperature . Staff is very attentive and give you a smile. I would come back and recommend his place for lunch or dinner.
