Very weird experience on Friday, February 28th around 9:55pm. We paid for a drink so we could use a clean restroom and the cashier goes in behind us to make sure the restrooms were clean. It honestly seemed like racially profiling. The total for a drink came to $3.18 and we gave $1.00 bills, this woman checked the $1.00 bills to see if they were real…. Mind you, we are clean and coming in quietly and polite. No reason for that. That woman was foul.

Mezeh always has great food but they were not prepared for the massive conference influx during the lunch rush. Doors need to be open for better air flow and maybe a few extra hands on staff. Over an hour wait in a hot stuffy room was difficult. In the end I got my delicious salad...but no pita :(

Visited the harbor with family who have come from Australia, stopped to eat lunch and when we entered I was shocked, it was so hot inside because the air conditioning was not functioning, the server's were really disturbed about the heat, I asked if the air conditioning was being fixed, and they reluctantly said they didn't know, it a shame to have the staff work in such condition.I hope the management looks into this ASAP
So apparently if you don’t ask for build your own they won’t let you customize anything even though it’s the same price. Woman wouldn’t let us change the order afterwards. Forget this place. Why have a line of options like every other chain if you don’t let me pick as it’s made

Great options for gluten free and food allergies in general. Beautifully decorated with relevant cool music and very clean all around. Highly recommend!
Vegetarian options: Veggies are the main attraction here. Eat the rainbow easily.
Dietary restrictions: Perfect for dietary restrictions as it is a very clean bowl concept restaurant.

I've visited National Harbor twice for work and made a point to come back here the second time. The food is reasonably priced with tons of options to customize your meal. I had a bowl with chicken shawarma and falafel. I also enjoyed the peach tea. Everything was just as delicious as I remembered!

I order a flat pizza at 8:15pm on the mobile app and the promise ready was for 8:19 I arrive at 8:22 and the guy was just starting to make my order really so I waiting patiently for my order as I watch this guy make my pizza at a slow pase as he didn’t care now the worst part is that he didn’t even get the order right I order a steak and egg flat bread pizza he brings me a steak pizza and I told him I order a steak & egg and the order was Incomplete and clearly this person was incapable of handling a simple order I got my complete order at 8:45pm sheesh!! To make matters worst the flat bread wasn’t even ready soggy it colapse when I picked up the first slice worst Mezeh experience I couldn’t even eat this they need to train better staff if I could give it a zero stars I would.
