First time at Nando’s. Food was solid, sauces nor too hot if you’re used to moderately spicy food. Putting dine-in and to-go orders in the same single line is confusing and created a long wait. Simplify your seating process, as we almost left the restaurant. The place felt understaffed although everyone was nice. Place was also loud and chaotic, not ideal for dining in.

Very tender chicken even their white meat. The chicken is very flavorful and I especially liked the rice. The coleslaw was too wet. 6 people shared a 4-6 platter which was just enough but recommend adding a couple of dishes. The servers are attentive. Overall good value for money.

This was a nice looking place 👌 very pretty love the vibe but it took hours to make a grilled chese if i can make one at home in fifteen minutes for 0 dollars this is just absurd how dare u I am an American citizen you should treat me as well as you do your self so this Is why I gave a 1 star

Wait 1 hour for 12 wings and after that still no food and had to get refund. Manager didn’t even say sorry once. Very bad experience
Today was one of those days, it was tooooooo hectic for the staff. Nothing was done right/like normal.... we were not seated, the table was dirty, and I even cleaned it myself after waiting 15 minutes for someone to come clean it. Our food took forever, other customers canceled their orders after waiting more than 50 minutes. It was just insane today. Sorry for the bad review, but today was one of those day. Ended up not eating my food because my friend made order after me, I ordered online, but she got her food and by the time they finished then we got our food. .

Absolutely disgusting. I waited 40 minutes for takeout only to witness them drop MY FOOD on the ground and package it up like it never happened.
