5/5 for service and ambiance. Food is solid, but the lobster pasta particularly was overpriced I think. Overall a nice restaurant and a nice meal
We had the brunch buffet here on a Sunday morning. The food choices are limited, but the ambiance was nice and we added on bottomless mimosas for fun. Chef Joe was a pleasure to speak with and he made some banging pasta at the pasta bar. Go give him a visit!
Osteria is my family I love coming here whenever I get a chance to go to the MGM service is 1 of 1 food is amazing this is literally the best restaurant at the National Harbor If you are at the MGM I highly recommended you give it try.
For this to be a brunch they don't have a lot to choose from no Carving Station. The food is just okay the live music is amazing. The service is amazing as well as the management staff.
The food here is really amazing, especially since they recently hired a new chef. I just can’t believe their limited hours of operation. If you are “lucky” enough to be at MGM casino on a day they are opened, you should give it a try. The branzino, salmon, meatballs, citrus salad, pizza and calamari are my faves!
I've noticed that the taste of the food has changed and isn't as good as it used to be. Additionally, the portion sizes seem to be getting smaller each time.
Food was good. Service was great (Nicole). Should bring alcoholic Heineken back on menu. And restaurant needs to update their online menu. Nice atmosphere.
Was nervous seeing the reviews but what a delightful experience. Beautiful ambiance, great staff and the food and drinks were amazing! I didn't give it a 5 star only because the Entrée serving sizes were like kids' meals. We will be back!
Good food, great atmosphere, friendly staff.
Not the best place that I have been too but I do have to say the appetizers and the desserts were really tasty. If you have a sweet tooth this desserts are really tasty.
Restaurantji Recommends
Hands down the best brunch in town!!
So I was nervous after reading reviews for this restaurant,, but my husband and I had a great time friendly service, food came out fast and hot, we had the fried calamari for an appetizer, well cooked and fresh, my husband ordered the short rib al vodka which was amazing, it needed more pasta for how much sauce there was, I had the prosciutto, arugula and fig pizza which I recommend my husband had the chef special dessert which was to absolutely die for try it!! The menu is old on Google so that might be something the restaurant might want to update. Overall a great dinner and dessert!

Went for the Sunday Brunch Buffet. Had a pretty nice time, the live music and atmosphere was the highlight. The food was pretty good but for $50 a person the selection really wasn’t there. The highlight was the omelette/pasta station.
The crazy part was our bill. First time we got charged for our 3.5 year old son. I was a bit surprised that they charged the child rate of $30 for our 3 year old that ate a few pieces of bacon and some fruit. I asked our server about their child policy and he informed me 12 and under is $30. Our server also let me know he hooked it up because he didn’t charge us for our other child, our 9 month old son. Understand the child rate but also feel there should be some common sense with how to apply that rate.

Poor service, low quality food that didn't taste refective of the price, and a different menu that what was posted on the website. A memorable experience for all the wrong reasons.

Went into Costa on 9/13/24 and spent $150 dollars and had the Lobster Alla Limone. The poster was okay but the spaghetti was extremely bland and sautéed in butter. A total waste of money resulting in a spoiled meal for the high price. I spoke to the manager name given Lydia and the only answer given was " I will let the chef know". I hate to say but since the new chef recently came aboard the food quality has gone down emensley. I was there on a Friday and it was unbelievably empty. No longer a place I will frequent.
