Extremely poor customer service from the takeaway people. Little young light-skinned guy was rude and inconsiderate. Manager Mary just as cavalier and nonchalant. Learned my lesson from this experience and will not patronize this location again. And to top it all off, owner sends an auto-reply answer as the remedy... can't make this stuff up....
Love it here. Come with my daughter often. Affordable and casual.
Came late right before closing and still received delicious foods and on point drinks. Server was newer but still efficient.
Really enjoyed this visit and the 3-course meal for $14.99 is a great bargain. Eli was an extremely nice and attentive waiter and the whole staff seemed on top of it, as I received the first course with just a few minutes of my order. The burger was cooked to perfection and the cheesecake was a great way to end the meal. I recommend getting some extra bloomin' onion sauce for dipping fries.
Food good & hot. Waiter didn't remove menus or dirty dishes from table as we completed meal courses.
The ABSOLUTE worst customer service ever! I placed an order through the app BEFORE 930 and when I arrived they told me the kitchen stopped taking orders and there was no order for me then locked the door and left me standing outside. I had to bang on the door for a manager just to find out my order was actually back there then I asked the young lady if there was blue cheese in the bag and she said yes, I taste the sauce and it was definitely ranch. I handed it back while she argued with me that it was ranch and I e been a trained executive chef for more than 10 years, I know what each tastes like. THEN I told her I selected the option for ketchup as an additional condiment and she told me the kitchen was closed and I couldn’t get any ketchup. I told her that’s not my problem and that my order was placed at the appropriate time and I’m to get what my order required. I stood outside for another 5 mins then she came back and handed it to me while rolling her eyes. The fries were old and had been sitting under the heat lamp. They are soggy and barely warm. I haven’t tried the remainder of my food but I’m sure it’s mediocre since it sat in the back and the way I was treated. I’m appalled at the service this evening. I’ll take my money to northern va.
I’ve been a loyal Outback customer since 1998, but this location missed the mark. We called ahead at 12:45 to notify them of our party of 10 for a graduation celebration. Upon arrival, we were told 70% of our group had to be present to be seated—something that wasn’t mentioned on the call. On top of that, they would only accept two forms of payment for the entire group, which felt unnecessarily restrictive.
Service was disorganized. Food came out at random intervals—some guests got their meals, while others waited 20 minutes or more. Trying to coordinate under a one-check rule only made it worse. It felt rushed and impersonal.
The only positive was Katherine, the manager, who did her best to make the situation bearable. But overall, this visit was disappointing and made me feel unwelcome.
I won’t return to this location, but I still love Outback—and those wings will keep me coming back elsewhere.
The food is good, but the service is dull and atmosphere is just so-so…
Come to pickup my food, I was said order is coming, waited more than 30 minutes, and then they are saying they still don’t know how long it will take!!! That’s crazy! Worst service
I'm a fan of this spot. It's lit; some might say it's the best bar in Temple Hills, but maybe that's just me. The staff are cool, good vibes all around.

My server was Gloria and I can not say I enjoyed my time at all. She was not attentive to us at all and a good portion of our food came out wrong. She seemed to have an attitude and when walking away she was talking about me and my family which I can say was not appropriate nor appreciated. When my food came out and we asked for ketchup the lady stormed away yelling about not being a “server” making us not even want the ketchup anymore. Our table stayed a mess and when we asked people to help clear our table no one would so we were stuck with multiple plates and cups. When we requested a manager we did not get the treatment we wanted from her either it felt as if she had an attitude as well. The environment just felt very unwelcoming and unprofessional. We will not be coming back and wouldn’t recommend others to go to this location because of the energy they put out. Also we didn’t receive our bread till almost the end of our meal which was cold and we got melted regular butter that they said was sweet butter.

If you coming to Outback as for her she is EXCEPTIONAL WAITRESS.. Also thanks MS Jennie for your interest on how your customers are being taking care off and their feedback k.. Keep up the Great work
