Great service from our server Angela on 4/19/24 evening, clean restaurant, food was out fast and warm. Quality of food here is a bit lower than Texas Roadhouse but more pricey - but was still a good experience.

I placed my order online while sitting inside the restaurant. I was told to go park in the appropriate space. I got an email stating that my food would be ready at 8:05. I paid for my food, once I did that I was waiting outside in the pickup area just to be waiting over 30 mins. I asked about my order that I placed and I was told that my order had to be cooked over again. No one had told me that & I had been waiting over 30 minutes already. The manager didn't come out for another 10 minutes to deal with few other customers who had order issues

Ok where do I start first our waiter was very inattentive we finally placed our drink order after waiting for a longtime secondly the table across from us have already received their bread and butter while we still waited and there drinks we was constantly looking for him and had to ask other servers for things we needed like silverware and straws my food was ok on the other hand my husband food made him sick later that night he had the chicken wings our alcoholic drinks was bad bad ?? the service was also terrible going to this outback is always a coin toss sometimes great service and drinks nd other times bad service ?? they have and needs to do better
On Saturday March 16, 2024 at approximately 6:28pm, my party and I was a guest at 6901 St Barnabas Rd. Oxon Hill and. My party and I was being seated. Upon us being seated we noticed that the table was dirty as the waiter was putting the utensils on the table. The waiter then pick the utensils up and continue to walk away without saying anything leaving us standing at the table. We walked back to the host stand and the woman still said nothing. As I was speaking to my party she tried to make excuses for the waiter saying he’s a kid, I told her that is not an excuse and please don’t talk to me like I’m stupid just like he looked at me stupid. She (Katherine) said I could leave and she wasn’t serving my guests and I. She asked her colleague to get the police that was outside on duty. The officer (Rusty) and I were conversating as a young man (Davon, another manager) walked outside leaned against the wall not acknowledging that he was a manager too. He didn’t try to rectify the situation either. I then stated to him I will NEVER patronize this location again as well as file a complaint.

I ordered my food to go online. Long day at work leaving work at 7:40pm and I wanted something that was not fast food and I needed to get my family of 5 fed reasonably. Food was affordable, food was flavorful, and I enjoyed my steak. My order was correct. Nothing was missing from my bag and my checker was polite. Good customer service. Food more affordable than Fridays.
