I ordered from here twice. First time my pizza was completely wrong. I don’t know how a pepperoni pizza gets switched for a mushroom pizza. Both times, they never added my extra (paid for) pepperoncini peppers and only give 1 for the entire box of pizza??

The worse customer service ever encountered… Miscommunication on my end and I called to let the manager know and she got smart and rude asking if I wanted the driver to come back of my money back and that I wasted his time and when asking for corporate number she gave me the number and decided she would give me my name back as her name….

I'm going to make this short because most of my comments be very long. This is my last time ordering from this Papa John's. I spent over $75.00 on three pizzas and 2 orders of 8 pc wings. My pizza was right one of my wings was a 8pc and the second order was only 6pc. So I'm wondering where is my other 2 pcs of wings. I don't want to blame it on the delivery driver as if he may have ate my two pieces of wings, or they just gave me 6pc. Just need to say they need to be more vigilance as to what people is ordering and how much they're spending food is expensive these days. And I don't feel like the headache of calling the store because I worked all day over 8 hours and I don't have the time to be getting a headache trying to figure out where two pieces of wings is.

Ok, the cashier, a brunette who serves, when she arrives, turns off, she is pedantic and bitter, that manager should NOT have her in that position, she is disgusting, I asked her for help with the checkout and she didn't want to do it, she behaves impulsively, that is no way to serve To the clients, for me I no longer want to go back to that place and to the clients I recommend better dominoes pizza that has more offers online

I have ordered from this Papa John’s multiple times and now today when I order for the second time in a row I have a rude driver. I was called by the store manager after I called and complained to the manager ( which also ok told me he has bumped heads with her before )and said that they were no longer be able to deliver me because I WAS RUDE as I have complained about two drivers that have been rude and inconsiderate and have basically thrown my pizza at meor just didn’t bring it … the store manager decided to side with the employee instead of the customer for the last time and I just want my food ! I have been a customer for years. I will no longer be going to this Papa John’s ever again bad service bad delivery then told me they don’t have to deliver to your door. You have to pick it up from outside wherever you are. They are changing the rules and responsibilities every day day that I call to get delivery ! Unacceptable and also told me that they are not Uber or GrubHub!!!SHUT IT DOWN !!!store manager HarrisonAnd manager Mike !! Horrible service including the drivers they should be gone asap

At 3:30 p.m I went to Papa Jhons to buy a pizza, the person the was the cashier last name Harrison gave really rude and bad service. We asked for help and in response she called us stupid. Unwillingly, we gave a 16$ tip which came out double the price of the pizza that I had to pay. I had to shout for a simple order that still came out wrong, NEVER going to this location again.

Customer service was very rude and bad, called us stupid instead of helping and because of that we unwillingly gave a $17 tip which came out to be twice the price of the pizza I was paying for. I had to shout at the top of my lungs 3 times for a simple order that didn't even come out right. Never going to that establishment again.

Worst pizza chain food I've ever had, wings were made earlier in the day then tosses in hot temperature sauce and served(cold chicken and hot sauce), lazy to be honest. One bite and trashed. Cheese bread has no taste or any cheese. Why do we continue to give our hard earned money to these places that increase prices but often nothing but bad service and even worst food?
The topping was sliding off the crust.That happens often when pizza has been cooked ro fast..The meat left an horrible after taste. Called manager ..she instructed me to bring the pizza back..She refused to refund me after I told her the pizza was awful.She was so very rude. ORDER here at your own risk. The Manager needs classes on how to deal with the public. Very loud and abnoxious as though she never had home training.

I had recently ordered from this Papa John's location for 2 XL cheese pizzas, cut into squares, for a little celebration at work - online ordering was a breeze, the pizzas arrived hot and fresh, and there were some extra sauces in there.Since I have OCD, I called to confirm if they had received my delivery order, which they confirmed; staff at the location as well as the delivery individual were both super friendly and awesome!The pizzas arrived at the quoted time, which I appreciated!Thank you for being dependable, Papa John's!+friendly staff+arrives at the quoted time+look for specials/deals+delivery available!
