I haven't ate Pizza Hut in forever and I never will again. I ordered a medium veggie pizza and I know frozen oven heated pizza when I taste it. The bottom crust of the pizza was soft and it was a very doughy pizza. The way the store is set up, there's no inside seating and you can't see the kitchen to know it the pizza was made fresh from scratch. Its not delivery, its Digiornos!!!

Cece and the manager at night gave good customer service. I had a simple complaint about my pizza and the manager was nice about it and made me another one. The cashier, Cece was welcoming and seemed good at her job. Thanks.

Yes 4 stars... Big difference big turn around, fresh hot more toppingss... The brother in charge or who ever great work.. I order 3 times and it was delicious... consistently perfect reason no 5 stars bc you have to beat my top pizza pic...look at the difference

I ordered two pizzas with stuffed crust and I paid extra for it, but neither of them had stuffed crust. I filed a complaint and sent a photo as evidence. I received an email saying someone from the store would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. That was on the 16th, and today is the 23rd — I still haven’t heard anything. On top of that, their customer service is very poor: no greeting when you arrive, no smile, nothing.

Came on October 11, 2025. Counter was sticky. Service is horrible as the wait was extremely long. Dough had a funny smell. There was a lady in there who said she use to work for company and said the dough was overproofed which will change the taste of the product. Why would sell something of poor quality. I will not be coming back to this location ever again!!

25 minutes ago, a girl who is the peak of rudeness helped me here. She told me she’d be back in a second — it’s been 25 minutes, and no one’s shown up. Do you think she’ll ever come back? Why do they hire people who clearly aren’t ready to work? she says she’s a supervisor. I waited 35 minutes for my pizza from DoorDash, and in the end she didn’t give it to me because she got upset about something. She thinks she’s not a pizza maker but the president. I really don’t understand how people like this can even work here. Her name is Early 😂😂😂😂😂

👎Poor communication. We texted and called. They said they-do not get texts. After a couple calls they answered the phone. 👎We were outside waiting outside the Gaylord hotel when delivery time was provided to make it easier on the delivery person . ☹️Sad to say, they gave it to door dash- our food arrived 45 minutes later than promised. 👎😡 3/4 items wrong 25%!!! 😩 👎😡Children had to go to bed hungry because they could not eat the spicy foods. They had the crust and my boneless garlic Parmesan wings. We did not get what we wanted or paid for. 👎 😕 NOT a good price when you do not get what you order. 👎 They hired out to doordash 😠
