🤨 FAIL on restaurant 🤨 FAIL on Delivery
👎Poor communication. We texted and called. They said they-do not get texts. After a couple calls they answered the phone. 👎We were outside waiting outside the Gaylord hotel when delivery time was provided to make it easier on the delivery person . ☹️Sad to say, they gave it to door dash- our food arrived 45 minutes later than promised. 👎😡 3/4 items wrong 25%!!! 😩 👎😡Children had to go to bed hungry because they could not eat the spicy foods. They had the crust and my boneless garlic Parmesan wings. We did not get what we wanted or paid for. 👎 😕 NOT a good price when you do not get what you order. 👎 They hired out to doordash 😠
I would suggest if you are ordering from the Gaylord - DON’T!

BY FAR THE WORSE PIZZA HUT THATS STILL IN BUSINESS. ITS A GIRL WHO WORKS IN THE BACK WHO IS ALWAYS USING PROFANITY AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS, EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED, NOBODY EXCEPT THE MANAGER (im assuming) IS ACTUALLY HELPFUL! TODAY I WAS TOLD THAT I NEED TO CALM DOWN (while walking out the door and wasnt even upset initially) AFTER ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE FROM NOT ONE BUT TWO EMPLOYEES AND NEITHER BOTHERED TO JUST LOOK IN THE HEATER I WAS TOLD REPEATEDLY THAT MY FOOD WAS COMING FROM THE BACK AND ALL THE WHILE MY FOOD WAS SITTING THERE READY FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN. IM HONESTLY IN DISBELIEF OF HOW THEY’RE STILL OPEN BECAUSE THE FOOD IS ALMOST NEVER GOOD AND THE SERVICE IS 100% TRASH.

Do not order here if using Uber Eats. They didn't make my order correctly and purposely without care or regard made what they wanted and gave it to the uber driver. Frauds. I ordered two pan pizzas and received this crap, nasty crust.
I love the burning buffalo hot wings🙂. This location was cool, no issues.

I hate when I got my mouth set on something and get all the way home with it and it ain't me exactly like you thought it should be. I order a chicken alfredo bowl ain't no chicken in it all noodles and four pieces of chicken strips ( teeny bite size) come on Pizza Hut with this crazy mess . And I bought two of them

Restaurant was dark, poor service and pizza hardly had sauce, toppings or cheese. Wings were awesome. Still feel like we in COVID. Disappointed
They need to fix their parking lot lights. It's extremely dark and dangerous.
